Expérience négative: So busy in the evenings for such a small space. Could be right up your alley if you're good with lifting weights with strangers sitting on your lap or running in tandem on the gyms single functional treadmill.

Expérience négative: Gym in double wide trailer that has no showers, archaic equipment with no recent updates, no tanning, no classes - unless you want to take a spin class for $20 a pop on top of your personal membership that will cost you $70 a month!!! It's cheaper to access the Ymca in Lethbridge. This gym is an exercise in pure extortion as there is no other gym in the immediate area and owner has no issue exploiting the fact that they hold a monopoly...that is until someone opens another gym and everyone heads there - as people have long memories and won't forget when their gym membership was raised by $30. Head to Sparwood's community centre if you can, and don't be exploited by greedy business owners.

Expérience négative: While Rockhard gym is the Only gym in elkford other than the small rec center, it is overpriced at $73.5 a month, with equipment dating back to the stone age, which was given to the gym for free. For the price they ask, all the gym equipment should be updated. Especially the bearingless cable machines, and the standing calve machine, as well the back machines. Greed is how this gym is operated

Expérience positive: I work out of town and the membership sign up was seamless and had many options to cater to your shift. They gym has older equipment but is clean and has everything.
