Manitoba Public Health forced closures of all gyms in the province due to the pandemic. Closing our doors was beyond our control. Perhaps rating the government 2 stars is more appropriate, not the small businesses that are trying to survive during these rough times. Have an awesome day Bryce!

Thank you for your review. The cleanliness and maintenance issues have been addressed. When the cat is away the mouse will play. It is a constant battle with clients not putting away their equipment. We will get there!

Hey Josh, Thank you for the review. My apologies for the late reply, still new to this. I am sorry for the lack of explanation from the desk staff. The substandard service has been addressed. To explain, the fobs are either purchased outright or rented when less than 2 months for $25. For rentals, you pay $50 upfront then upon return of the fob in good condition, you receive back $25. It is a rental fob not a loaner. For the 24/7 access, many of our visitors to Thompson find this more than reasonable. When you visit Thompson again, please come in and see me personally. I will ensure you have a great gym experience.

Hi Amol, Thank you for your review. I apologize for such a late response, still new to this. We have addressed this problem by issuing fobs to every client and including classes in the gym pass. Hope to see you in the gym!
