Expérience fantastique: We came here with a friend to try the aerial silks class. It was an awesome workout - better than I've ever had at a gym - and overall a really fun evening with a very helpful and supportive community. I'm quite sore but I'll be back!

Expérience fantastique: I booked in with Mary for a large bachelorette group and it was the perfect start to the weekend! Mary kept the energy high, listened to our preferences and shifted the class to work with how novice we were! 10/10 would recommend especially to kick start a Bach!

Expérience fantastique: Participated in a 90 minute private group lesson here (8 people, beginner level) and it was fantastic! The instructor was patient and fun, and helped each participant feel safe as they attempted each move. The owner, Mary, was also excellent to deal with in the planning phase. Thank you, Paradisaea!

Expérience fantastique: Paradisaea Aerial Dance provides unique and challenging ways to build your strength, coordination and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Great for kids, teens and adults (even with no experience) and very reasonably priced classes and workshops. I love the aerial silks class and recommend trying out any of the aerial classes offered if you're looking for something really fun and rewarding to learn!
