It's a diverse and welcoming team from all walks of life and ages, who all want to learn and grow through the sport. And Prof Ashton is an amazing coach cultivating a fun, yet supportive family atmosphere that pushes you to excel, train hard and be kind.

Its located in an amazing high end central area of Toronto. Owner and Professor Ashton provides a clean, safe and fun setup for a wide range of ages (kids-adults) both male and female. Ive practiced at many gyms over my 20+ years of studying martial arts and I can definitely say its worth joining the Flock. Ashton is very kind, honest and trustworthy. He has great experience and always provides a wealth of great knowledge and passion which you can use on and off the mats.
