Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience at the gym today. While I was on the Stairmaster, Randy noticed I needed a towel and brought one over right away. His attentiveness really helped me out. Also, Larah at the front desk was very kind and hardworking. When she wasn't helping customers, she was busy cleaning, and the gym looked great because of her efforts. Thanks, Randy and Larah, for making my visit enjoyable! ---

Expérience négative: I paid for a membership upfront which came to about $200+ and I honestly do forget how long it was for. I went in about a month later as financial situation changed asking for a refund which would have been a big help at the time. The first answer I got is I can’t do it right now but come back in two weeks. So I came back and then I got told that they can’t do refunds on a visa which made no sense to me as I even explained in that first visit that it was a refund on my visa. It was the owner at the time which could be the same.. but that was slimy enough to have me right probably my first one star review in my 27 years on this planet. Unprofessional, not clear and left me hanging.

Expérience fantastique: I’m going to be completely honest. I use to work at a gym and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gym so well kept and clean in my entire life. I’ve been to many gyms over the years and I’ve never seen one so clean. Besides that you wont find a nicer staff and owner. The second I walked in I was welcomed and given a tour. During my trip in PEC I worked out daily. The gym owner would always check in with me and made sure I was having a good workout and offered help when needed. The atmosphere was very relaxed and never overly busy during the morning when I was there. Overall every summer from now on I’ll be using this facility and looking forward to speaking with the staff again. Also I love the hammer strength plate loaded machines! Keep up the great work!

Paul gas coached me through one serious cycling accident and most recently a brain tumor. Great membership. Fabulous equipment and super facilities.

Expérience fantastique: This is an excellent gym that hits all the right points: clean, friendly, good variety of equipment, ample space. The shower facilities are private and spacious. Paul, the owner, is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable (he’s also got the scoop on restaurant recommendations). As an avid traveler for work, a gym like this would be a gift to have anywhere I go.
