Expérience négative: Prices are way too much for what they offer. It is cheaper for me to drive to the city with a properly equipped gym and still pay less after the cost of gas!!

Expérience fantastique: My absolute favourite gym I've ever been to. Sam is so welcoming and creates an amazing environment. Everyone is so friendly and it has all the necessitys of a gym and such a positive space it encourages me to want to go and work out!

Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff, not huge but all the essential equipment available and spaced out well. Great group classes and such a warm and welcoming environment. 24/7 access is a real bonus. Highly Recommended.

Expérience positive: I visit the gym 2 to 4 times per week. It is always clean and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The offer exercise of all types and even havw a few tanning beds

Expérience fantastique: I attended Saugeen Fitness earlier in the year and it's a great gym. I was driving from a half hour away to attend, but the perks of this place were well worth it. Staff are friendly and attentive, and you get to know them very well. They always have free offers going on and discount promotions, and their 24/7 system is an excellent and handy service.

Expérience fantastique: Great equipment and staff. Having a fob key for 24hr access is very convenient. Offers some great classes at reasonable prices.
