Expérience fantastique: Me and my partner are here visiting and we were looking for a local gym. Found Exhale and totally fits the bill. Great range of dumbbells (up to 100 lbs) and plenty of exercise options for those who want a good workout and know their way around equipment. Chuck is super friendly and made it easy to stop in and get a good workout. Will be back during this trip and every time we are in the area.

Expérience fantastique: Wile on vacation at a cottage in Wilberforce, I reached out to Chuck about the possibility of working out at Exhale Fitness for a week and he responded promptly with all of the required details. The gym itself has all of the equipment that you would typically need, but also has a few gems like a hex bar and a triceps bar. The gym is clean and the equipment is functional. They have a great assortment of dumbbells as well. I was pleasantly surprised, and highly recommend this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Don't let the size of this place fool you. If you are looking for a serious old school gym with great equipment in Haliburton, Exhale is the spot to be. The owner, Chuck, knows his business. The equipment is well maintained, and there are plenty of weight plates for everyone. Google Maps may lead you to Highland Street but the entrance is actually on York Street, which runs parallel to Highland. This is a great find!

Expérience fantastique: I was new to the area and needed a new gym home and was so grateful to find Exhale! It’s quickly become my second home. It’s well equipped with everything I need! Chuck was quick to reply to get me set up with my membership and he’s quick to respond about any concerns I’ve had! Members here are respectful and courteous too, which makes a big difference! It’s a safe space to work on yourself!

Expérience fantastique: Before i started here at this gym i was a weak little skinny loser 115 pound 14 year old kid skinny!!! But after 1 year of hard work and dedication at this gym i managed to get up to 180 pounds and my confidence went up and i was comfortable in my own body. This gym has changed my life. The staff is very kind and its 24 hours sleep you can come over whenever. Im just a student so I dont really have a lot of money for a membership but this gym offers a student discount making it an affordable option for anyone trying to stay healthy and to make gains

Expérience fantastique: If you're expecting a LA fitness or any other big places with low rates. You've came to the wrong place. Veteran owned and managed and interacts with his clients when he is here. Small but has everything you need and constantly expanding on equipment that eventually he will need to start knocking walls down!. Met alot of great people and people weren't afraid to help when I asked for it when I first started put, and neither should you! 24 hour access with keycard, washrooms/change rooms, showers. Clean. It's what haliburton needed for along time. It changed my life as I lost 25lbs and gained a bunch of muscle. Maybe it can change yours.
