Expérience fantastique: Pauze has been a staple during my maternity leave! It has it all! Wonderful classes for mom and baby to enjoy (music, dance and yoga) Great coffee sweet treats for mom (many of which are made by local vendors with TLC) Great play area that my child always meets a new friend in (myself as well!) We also hosted our child’s first birthday and the space was perfect! Thank you to Pauze for being such a big part of my child’s first year and I’m sure beyond!

Expérience fantastique: A great space that kept my 3 and 5 year old nephews entertained for hours! Very clean play space and the service is good for the café. The owner is also very nice.

Expérience fantastique: I recommend bringing your mom friends and their babies/toddlers! *Beautiful and spacious. Theres 3 sections with 1 of them with a big indoor slide and another one where you can eat. They are full equip so you can have any coffee and such (and to be honest the prices are so great you'll splurdge for that second coffee and croissants) *Kid friendly: 100% designed with kids in mind. They even have a tini tiny toilet for kids ❤ *Owners are absolutely lovely! These ladies are really devoted to giving you the best experience! * I had a great experience and will make the drive weekly to get my baby some fun crawling around time in a babyproofed area and to meet the other moms. I wish there was a second location close to my house!

Expérience fantastique: I was in the area andwent in at cafe pauze to check it out and I was very impressed, was very inviting place and tried chai latte for the first time. If you haven't been I strongly suggest you go.

Expérience positive: Great spot and fun for a kid to explore and mom's to hangout(5 stars) . Only problem is pricing for food. I paid $23..+ tip 27$ for a matcha (regular cup size) sandwich (turkey/salami) and a small pasta salad. In no way was it considered a big meal (a perfect snack) but somehow it was that expensive. Food tasted good, no complaints, just in my opinion the price was pretty high for a lunch. I'd go back, but wouldn't eat.

Expérience fantastique: This place is such a gem! I recently rented the studio for my 2-year old's birthday party and it was a big hit! Both parents and children (ages 1-7) loved it: in the play area there are plenty of toys and activities for different age groups and the studio has everything one needs for events. The owners are amazing, they were very kind and helpful with the organization. Aside for parties, the space has tons of classes and events and provides great alternatives for families who are looking for things to do in the area.

Expérience fantastique: Great place for parties, especially for kids. Very accommodating owners and staff. I held my daughter's birthday here and the kids had a blast! Expérience fantastique: Wow c'est vraiment un endroit magnifique et abordable. On a passé une superbe avant-midi (enfants de 2.5 et 3.5 ans). C'est super propre, il y a beaucoup de jeux variés (glissades, cuisinette et accessoires, ballon et panier de basket, jeux aimanté pour faire des constructions, module en mousse, tablette à dessins...). Nous retournerons c'est certain! Et un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux, nous avons même eu droit à une visite guidée ☺️.

Expérience fantastique: I can not say enough good things about the cafe and workout classes. Having a 3 month old and 4 year old this cafe has been godsend. My daughter loves the play area and meanwhile mommy and daddy can relax and have some coffee. I even love going here with my youngest to meet other moms with babies. It really breaks the isolation. I find that Emilee owner is really doing something amazing for the community by bringing people together. I love her stroller fitness class as she goes at your pace. Even if you don't have kids you can come and enjoy the lovely drink, atmosphere and treats. I really encourage you to come and check out the cafe.

All my guests enjoyed the space and the kids had a blast in the play area and bouncy castle. I highly recommend checking out Espace Pauze for your next party.

Expérience fantastique: A Haven for Kids and a Break for Dads! Fellow dads, if you're looking for a place to relax and let your little ones have fun, I've got just the spot! I recently discovered this place with my 4-year-old daughter, and it's amazing! This cafe has an incredible play area designed for kids of all ages, with interactive toys, climbing structures, and imagination-sparking play zones. My daughter had an absolute blast, and I loved watching her explore and make new friends. But here's the best part - while the kids play, dads can unwind and enjoy a great cup of coffee or a delicious meal in the comfortable and clean cafe area. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Very recommended.

Expérience fantastique: So I'm not in great shape, but I'm getting older, and change needs to happen. With apprehension, I signed up for a class here, worried I'd feel ashamed or out of place. NOT AT ALL! Emily teaches a fantastic class, with great instruction, different levels of difficulty, and tips for staying safe. I'll be back, and I think this just may be the change I needed. (Also, the space for kids is gorgeous).

Expérience fantastique: Great space for a birthday party for kids! Fair pricing for package and amazing service from the owners! The kids were super happy! They enjoyed playing at the slide, play kitchen, magnet wall, and little obstacle courseand more! There was something for everyone at the party ages 1-7! The adults had plenty of space to walk around and enjoy too and the studio for hosting the whole crowd with tables for food etc. I appreciated the owners Emily and KellyAnn quick response and asking about our needs and preferences for set up and extras available like bouncy castle. Expérience fantastique: Coffee is good, food yet to come, ambiance is amazing (better if you have kids, definitely need to be cool with kids). Really turned a dud location into a gem for the neighbourhood.

Most moms with young children were planning to arrange their kids birthday there next time.
