Expérience fantastique: Attended a bring your own squad class with my soccer team and we had so much fun!! Thanks so much to the ladies at Barre for having us and running our class! I would definitely go again. The class included low impact (use of bands, small weights, and a ball) exercises in repetitions matching the beat of music playing through the room. High reps meant a slow muscle burn, it was a great workout!

Expérience fantastique: Each instructor is so different and wonderful in their own way! This working kicked my butt and I loved every second! Doing a 6am class and watching the sun come up at river landing was also a huge perk of the location and great class!

Expérience positive: Really fun workout classes that make you feel great when your done. However there is always a wait list and they never have sales or specials on their classes. I would love to go more but can't do this as my only fitness regime.
