Expérience fantastique: Joined recently and have really been enjoying the classes. Small class sizes so you have ample space to move. Exercises, movement patterns and sequencing are well thought out and unique. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed group fitness this much. Atmosphere is laid-back and friendly making the overall experience enjoyable.

Expérience fantastique: Movement108 is the place to go for a solid well-rounded workout without the hype and intimidation factor. Ensuring proper form and movement is the top priority for their team, so if you're willing to listen to feedback (which is always given respectfully) you will not only becoming stronger and fitter but you'll gain some solid knowledge along the way. Spend some time here, you will not be disappointed!

Expérience fantastique: Authentic set up without attitude. Great coaches and great community atmosphere here. I came here for some personal training sessions and don’t know the place that well, but it was recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed. I liked the look of the group classes too. Just the right size and good attention from the trainers.

Expérience fantastique: Great place for people new to kettlebells or group fitness. Instructors are focused on good technique and helping out. They have both personal training and group classes, and the facility is very nice and clean.

Expérience fantastique: It's pretty simple, this place is on point and grounded in values of community, exercise science and injury prevention. It's why I go to quite a few classes/week! The above is evident in every class, coupled with a bunch of gorgeous smiles! Doesn't even compare to a big box gym. If you are looking for smart movement, amazing people who care and a great sense of community, this is the place for you :)
