Expérience fantastique: I signed up for their 10 for 10 promotion. I went to 5 classes and I was hooked! I signed up for the unlimited monthly membership! The variety of classes are fantastic! The instructors are amazing! As a mom of 8 kiddos, life is busy and hectic but, the studio has been a Godsend for my mental and overall health! I hope other mama's are able to check it out too!

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this place! What started out as just looking for something to get me out of the house during the week has turned into finding a whole community of friendly and inspiring people. Even on days when I'm not feeling my best I show up to classes and leave feeling happier, accomplished and empowered. With such a variety of classes, workshops and retail items there really is something for everyone. And if thats not enough Mel always has something new and exciting up her sleeve that keeps things fresh!

Expérience fantastique: As soon as I noticed this new business in town, I went in and was given a tour by the very friendly owner. I was excited and immediately signed up. So many fantastic classes to choose from and loads of beautiful items in the retail section to browse through as well! A very welcoming place! And great workouts!

All the instructors and friendly and welcoming to all members. The classes are amazing! Pole fitness is not to be missed. Spin classes are next level Friday night disco at the spin club! Expérience positive: My daughter has been attending the “it’s a girl thing” workshop at the studio for the last several weeks and she absolutely loves it! The children in this program are provided with age appropriate knowledge in a safe, no judgement environment and are being empowered with strategies to become thriving, resilient teens. Highly recommend!

They're also the official Lululemon retailer in the area! Go say hi to Mel, the wonderful owner and try out a class, or get yourself a new outfit from Lululemon! I promise you'll love this Studio!

I highly recommend them for all ages and abilities - everyone is welcome! I love all the classes they offer - it's hard to pick a favourite! They also have many great products for sale from yoga mats to books and everything in between. I encourage everyone to come out and try a class!

All of the instructors at this studio truly make everyone feel empowered during the classes and especially after. My favourite part is that no one is excluded, there is a class for everyone!

Expérience fantastique: What a great space in Mount Forest! Tried the piloxing this evening and the class was fun and challenging. The instructor was also great! Melanie and her team have made a wonderful and much needed space for the community! The non-judgmental and positive environment makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Lots of great brands and products in the store front as well. Looking forward to trying more classes later this week, and in the future!

So many classes to choose from with so many incredible instructors. A personal fav is Pound on Friday evenings with Ashley. She is a rockstar and so motivating, it’s the best way to start your weekend!

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I have met Sophie the personal trainer and had a class. We are signed up to continue. Sophie is great, knowledgeable and patient. The studio is brand new, beautifully done and has many programs for all ages. A great asset for the town.

Expérience fantastique: The space is so inviting & cozy. I did the Power Hour with Sophie grand opening weekend & oh my gosh, she knows how to make me sweat!! Definitely a great addition to a small but growing town! Cant wait to check out the other classes!

Expérience fantastique: Its so nice to have a space that supports you and you feel there is no judgment at. I did the teen class and I loved it. As a teenager i need a place that I can get away and the empowerment studio is the place place to go.

I feel like Mount Forest just won the yoga lottery My daughter loves the seedling yoga and mindfulness classes 10/10
