She took time to speak with me before and after, offering encouragement, knowledge, and positivity. Great experience all around, adding this to my routine!

Expérience négative: I am very disappointed I purchased a Trial. Last year it's been so hard taking care of myself my husband was just finishing his chemo treatment. I did book but life happens so I canceled it. I didn't realize that if I didn't cancel in 6 hours period all my credit will be taken away. I went last Saturday I remember saying it was very fun and therapeutic for me. But it cost a lot. I phone the gym to ask what happened the lady explained it to me but when I got upset she just didn't want to listen to me any more and just day BYE... Unfortunately, I won't be coming back and I will make sure my friend know as it's another Money gym grab.

Expérience fantastique: I am so missing this place right now!! I am a 60 year old woman with some joint issues so those spin classes still provide such a great (and fun) workout. The atmosphere here is so motivating! (Also, if I can do it, anyone can).

Expérience fantastique: Wide variety of class times. Spin classes are well run and fun. Check in is quick and organized. Haven't had a problem yet.

Expérience négative: Classes are great! However, the customer service from front staff and management leaves a lot to be desired. BEWARE of their policies which have become even more unreasonable since COVID.

Expérience fantastique: One of the best fitness class spots I’ve attended in the city. I’ve only taken class from one teacher, but it appears that they’ve got their classes tuned to perfection, and the operation down to a science. I’ll be back, for sure!
