Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Wing Fitness! Coach Wing is incredibly patient, professional, and kind. As a beginner, I felt welcomed and encouraged. Wing takes the time to carefully guide my movements to ensure proper form, while also pushing me to challenge myself and keep improving. The supportive community here is another highlight. Working out with a group of like-minded individuals creates a positive and motivating atmosphere that makes it easier to stay consistent and grow together. I've been training here for a year and a half now, which is a big surprise to me because I used to dislike exercise. Wing Fitness has helped me turn working out into a regular habit. Expérience fantastique: Through my ongoing work with Wing, my coach, my winged scapula has significantly improved, and I am truly grateful for wing's professional guidance. Initially, my winged scapula was quite severe, with poor shoulder stability and strength, which often led to discomfort and even affected my daily life and exercise. Wing first conducted a thorough assessment of my posture, analyzed the muscle imbalances around my shoulder, and explained the root cause of the issue in detail. Based on this evaluation, Wing designed a personalized training plan that focused on strengthening the muscles of my upper back and around the scapula, particularly targeting the trapezius, rhomboids, and serratus anterior. During each session, my coach patiently guided me on how to properly activate these deep stabilizing muscles, ensuring precise form and preventing compensation by other muscle groups. As the training intensity gradually increased and movement patterns were refined, I began to notice my shoulder blade stability improving, and the strength of my shoulders also noticeably increased. I have been trained with her for over 2 years. She's really profressional and nice. Strongly recommemd.

Expérience fantastique: I was suffering back and shoulder pain for a long time and referred to Wing through my massage therapist. Wing is such a nice and professional trainer. She care each of her students and customized different training plans for each one. I have no strength exercises experience. She starts from easy and small movements to have my body get used to it. And then adding strength levels. Over a year of exercise experience, I felt my body gets stronger I can feel some muscle build up. Especially my back pain reduced. I will keep to exercise with wing and I think she is the best personal trainer I ever had. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Unlike generic online workout programs or influencer-recommended routines, Coach Wing helped me discover the “soul” of every movement. The most noticeable changes were the correction of my rib flaring and a significant reduction in the gap from my O-shaped legs—my legs are much straighter now! Expérience fantastique: I have consistently gone to Wing’s place since 2020 with the purpose of losing weight. In Wing’s weekly group, I always meet with three or four other moms. Expérience fantastique: After training in China for 10 years and having taken hundreds of personal training sessions, I can confidently say that none of them compare to Wing's expertise! The two most concerning situations in training are: 1) when the coach strictly follows the client's demands, and 2) when they constantly push for heavier weights. These approaches heavily depend on whether the trainer has the professional ability to assess the client's physical condition in detail. Wing excels in maintaining professionalism and focusing on the finer details. I can feel that by adjusting my body posture and movements, it becomes easier to push my limits and achieve better results. While fitness progress is usually measured in years, here I can see noticeable changes in my physique every month. More importantly, my body awareness has been steadily improving. Overall, the value for money here is out of this world!

Expérience fantastique: 我给Wing5颗星是因为最多只有5颗星。上一年经历了两次腰椎滑脱,正骨师告诉我要是我再不加强我的核心力量,就需要动手术,植入钢钉来保证腰椎的正确位置了。之前我也找过别的教练,但是我不大能理解别的教练传递的信息,比如什么叫核心收紧,哪里是核心,怎么收紧等等。于是在朋友的推荐下找到了Wing。Wing会把所有的动作一个一个分解,让我感受到每一块肌肉的位置和变化。让我能很好的get到我到底该怎么做,正确的姿势是什么。直到目前一共上了不到20节课,我的腰椎力量明显加强了,腰也不痛了,腿也不麻了。上周去复诊,正骨师也告诉我,我恢复的很好,没事不用再去找他了。我很久没有感受腰椎不刷存在感的日子了。非常感谢Wing对我的指导,也强烈推荐Wing给大家。

Expérience fantastique: Very nice and will definitely keep the membership:) I joined the group training for more than a year and love it a lot. Wing is very nice, patient and professional, she spends time to plan the training and guide us to achieve our goal.

Expérience fantastique: This is a really nice studio for personal training. It is well maintained and very clean. There is an massage therapist and Chiropractor on site. Wing, the owner and trainer is very attentive. Her style of training is excellent for someone that has had injuries or wants to train to prevent injuries. I am 53 years old and have been training twice a week for about 3 months and am really pleased with my progress. My increased strength and flexibility has not only helped me with my sports, like soccer, but has also made day to day tasks so much easier. I highly recommend Wing and her studio.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve learned a lot from Wing about how to workout in a right body form. She is really helpful with every body in the team and she really focuses on full body condition and strength training. Every one has been satisfied with the outcome after working out with her and the whole team is like a family. Great atmosphere at the gym and she knows how to motivate guys to dig the power out of the body. If you are looking for a place to have a body transformation or to achieve your goal, then Wing is the one you should go for.

Expérience fantastique: The studio is spacious and cozy. The overall environment is great: clean, neatly organized, with brand new equipment. Wing herself is friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable in physical training and strength improvement. I strongly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Great location & amazing gym! Wing is friendly & professional. I would highly recommend over personal training as value is high & workouts are well structured. I have great workout every single time! I enjoy the class and definitely feel the burn all over my body the next few days. It's affordable and result is effective.

Expérience fantastique: I have joined group training with Wing for over a year. There is lot of fun here. And the instructors are professional and dedicate to each trainee, environment is neat and well Equited. I met many friends in Wing's Gym. There is no reason I will step out from this finess center.

Expérience fantastique: When my friend told me about this program, I was uncertain. I didn't join it until two months later when I saw the changes in my friend. Now I go to the gym 3 times per week with this small group and i feel magnificent! The instructor really knows how to push you to work harder but with lots of appropriate comments and encouragement ! I feel that I have a lot more stamina and some parts of my body (abd, triceps) are more contoured and tight. As for the price, yes, more expensive than if you compare going to the gym by yourself and wandering around those machines. It is always taught in a small group and you get a lot of personnel attention! I realized that I did some of the excercises the wrong way for some (positions) in the past!

Expérience fantastique: If you want to know what you CAN DO, Wings Fitness Studio is the right place for you. I believe in core strength, so thus Wing. Her program is so far the best as this was the only program that I sticked for more than 9 months and still wish to stay. I don't mean the program elsewhere is no good, but from the cost-benefit and results point of view, this is so far my best choice. I also made lots of friends here as we worked hard together. We encourage each other, and support each other to achieve our goals.

Expérience fantastique: Love Wing's style. Every class is a different routine. She pushes you to your own limits and always adjusts to every individual. Her passion for you to succeed is far greater than anything. It's not another 9-5job for her and you can tell the difference in her approach. Will continue as long as it works into my schedule and it usually does because she's so accommodating!!!!
