Not only has he helped me achieve my fitness goals (physically), but he gave me the tools needed to make fitness a part of my lifestyle. Expérience fantastique: I've been training with Jay for over a year now, and he is definitely the best trainer out there! He has helped me become so much more confident in myself physically and mentally. I've been able to reach so many of my fitness goals, and lift way heavier then I had ever attempted by myself. I was extremely injury-prone prior to training with Jay, and he made sure to prioritize mobility with me, and I haven't had any injury since. He is extremely knowledgable with both fitness and nutrition. I was vey intimidated with nutrition, and I didn't think I would be able to follow macros and calories. He gradually made changes to my nutrition goals, which made it so much more practical and easier to follow along. I'm so excited to continue to train with Jay! It's been such a great journey so far, and I can't wait to keep pushing myself to reach my goals with Jay's help.
