Expérience fantastique: Joining 9rounds Sage Creek was the best decision I've ever made! The trainers are amazing, the workouts are challenging and the gym is clean. I would definitely recommend this locations to anyone that doesn't have time to spend hours in a gym, you can fit this 30 minute workout into any busy schedule!

Expérience fantastique: Only been a member for a short time but am glad I joined. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts, it works the body from head to toe and is a great way to build cardio and core strength while also shedding the pounds. The trainers are great, they help you through each round and motivate you to keep working even when you're struggling to catch your breath. The location in Sage Creek is great. I would recommend this for anyone to give it a try.

Expérience fantastique: Great motivating coaches and a fun workout! probably one of the best things about 9round fitness is the ability to drop in and start a work out, no appointments or set schedules! and you get to relieve some stress by punching and kicking various heavy bags or speed bags. Great value for the money.

Expérience fantastique: Every session makes you stronger and you can notice that, especially with your personal trainer that is always on site. I feel myself as a part of 9Round family. Very recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Unfortunately it is closed at this time, but definitely recommend trying it out when it re-opens. At home 9Round video workouts are a second best to being there.

Expérience fantastique: All the staff/instructors are very knowledgeable on the different exercises at each station. They explain the movements required and provide feedback and encouragement to ensure you get a complete workout.

Expérience fantastique: I can't speak to the other 9Round locations but the staff at this location is fantastic. I'll start off by saying that I don't like kickboxing (simply not my cup of tea). However, the staff and management are very personable and super supportive and any issues you might have in stepping out of your comfort zone or trying something that you think might be over your head, they completely have your back. Just like anything else, it takes a bit to get used to something new, but they'll be with you every step of the way, making you feel welcome and like part of the family. As mentioned, I don't like kickboxing, but the workout is so great and convenient that any specifics I don't like are completely outweighed by how quick and effective the workouts are. Drop in at your convenience and you're in and out in half an hour so there's no excuse to not go. If my heart rate monitor tells me I've burn less than 450 calories, then it's been a poor workout/effort, so you get an idea how effective it is. I'm not in the greatest shape (yet), but overall it's a function of how much effort you put into it, not a function of how in-shape you are or how good at kickboxing you might be. It's entirely up to you, new or experienced. I guess they're all individually owned and operated, buy overall, my experience at this location has been great.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym! The trainers are amazing they are tough if you need the. To be and encouraging regardless - the freedoms of no class times to manage with my daily schedule and knowing that I will leave a hot mess is the best rush ever! Seriously the best investment in myself ever!

Expérience négative: I would like to say I’m disappointed with 9 rounds. I love supporting my local community but during this time 9 rounds has shown their true intentions. When most people (myself included) are no longer working these are 9 rounds options: 1) they charge YOU a freeze fee on your membership to pause it even though they are not physically open 2) they continue to bill you 116$+ a month even though they aren’t open 3) they charge you to pay for online workouts even though almost all studios are doing this for free So every option they are making sure you pay them. During this time it becomes clear how business handles themselves. I have spoken with many people going to this place and the sentiment has been shared as most of us aren’t able to work right now, so even 15$ a month could go towards groceries instead of a freeze fee.I hope we can support a business that helps their community which unfortunately is not the case here I also can see they have taken down three different reviews on this subject. This is embarrassing for a company
