Expérience négative: This location is terrible. The staff will tell you they're going out of business soon. Owners also are refusing to refund any customers who prepaid for services, so stealing. Go anywhere else.

Expérience fantastique: I have completed 10 classes now at F45 Training Terwilliger. It was a smooth transition from my previous location thanks to a lot of work from several people to make sure we could continue our training. I am very happy with the instructors here and love doing F45 style of training. HIIT works well for me and having the exercise be different each day, but still planned out means I don't have to put a lot of thought into what I am going to do. It is nice that I know people here and there is always someone to make sure that you are challenging yourself and doing your best. I am looking forward to a long relationship at this location.

Still loving the simplicity of showing up and having the workout, and equipment ready for me with the coaching, support and motivation from the trainers. Honestly, this training has enhanced my fitness capabilities greatly! The team and coaches at Terwillegar are incredible and encourage us to give our best during each session! All trainers are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Each session feels like you are working out with a personal trainer. I highly recommend this place :)

All the trainers I've met so far have been super supportive, positive, knowledgeable and offer their help as needed. I've tried many different group workout settings in the past and this atmosphere is incredibly motivating. The workouts change everyday and challenge me more than I could imagine, every time. Joel is always pumped up to greet you when you walk in and the music is bumpin without fail for each session. Highly recommend this place if you want to workout in an extremely positive setting that will keep you coming back.

The coaches are certified and ready to help you if you need to modify and scale back a workout or if you need to be pushed harder. It is personal. No doubt, the workouts are hard, but they are fun at the same time. I love it here.

My clothes fit better and I feel positive! What i love about this place is the staff, creative excercises, live DJ for workout music...

Expérience fantastique: Amazing Workouts, Music and Atmosphere! I have been at other HIIT studios, and they just can't compete! No treadmills, or rowers, just straight up weights and unconventional equipment (Never used battle ropes before!)combined with a unique team atmosphere...complete with high fives! F45 Terwillegar Coaches & Team have made it such a welcome environment, and to boot - they took us all out for a banquet to finish off their 8 week challenge event. I highly recommend F45 Terwillegar - You can't beat it.
