Expérience positive: Love the gym and the staff is friendly but every morning when i go to use the locker room there is staff cleaning and i have to wait. if the doors open at 6, all amenities should be available at that time.

Expérience négative: Generalized equipment for a generalized workout. This gym will be no good at helping you determine what your best at. Got to defining bodies for a true understanding of yourself and YOUR workout regimen.

Expérience positive: Staff is friendly, equipment is in good shape and clean. Only negative is the gym gets really hot in the summer.
