Expérience négative: One star is being generous. This gym is filthy, there is kids working who do absolutely nothing but talk with their friends or play on phones. Paper towels for wiping machines are constantly empty. Floors are constantly filthy cause people wear outside footwear in and through the gym. Multiple machines do not work or under maintenance. Dust bunnies and filth under and around machines. It’s a shame cause it could be a decent gym if anyone actually cared or did there job. Do not recommend at all.

Expérience positive: The gym is nice, but they need to hire a Professional cleaner at least once a week. These young employees don't do good job with cleaning toilets and bathrooms . It needs to be professional done!

Expérience négative: The gym is very dirty. Staff just watch people from off the street walk in with their dirty shoes. Staff spend more time socializing with customers or other co workers. The men's change room is disgusting. The regional manager should look into this. The place is so gross. Some of the staff are rude, with no people skills.

Expérience négative: I’m gonna give fit4less one star until it gets cleaner. If they improve the place and employees finally start doing their job, I will happily change it to 5 stars.

Expérience négative: When the gym first opened it was fantastic! Unfortunately, it’s now disgusting! Every time I’ve been in recently, there are at least 2 guys standing at the front desk staring at their phones. Meanwhile, the shoe change area is intolerable. Then get on any cardio machine and be ready to tolerate a few layers of dust, sweat, etc. I can’t even get into how dirty the machine/ free weight area is. Does this location not have a manager? You just allow your employees to do nothing. Disappointing!

Expérience négative: It’s always dirty and just the other day there was a lady going through peoples lockers and grab jackets and started sleeping in one of the tanning rooms. I would’ve told an employee if there was one. They had sign up saying the worker was cleaning but no worker was seen from 7:30pm-8:30pm on Thursday. It really makes the place not feel safe to be working out at. Will most likely switch gyms because the workers are never working they just talk to people and walk around with music in their AirPods. TRY TO AVOID THIS GYM

Expérience négative: Dirty. 1) They let everyone walk through the whole gym with wet, muddy outdoor footwear. 2) The floors are not cleaned. So much dirt everywhere I look. 3) The glass door to the Black Card room looks like toddlers out their snotty hands all over it. I've asked a few times for it to be cleaned and it looks the same everyday. 4) Lockers in the women's change room always have dirty footwear mud in them. It has decent equipment, although another smith machine would be nice. If it were cleaned AT ALL it would be amazing.

Expérience négative: Place needs to stay cleaner. People are constantly walking into change room from outside with there outdoor shoes on. Front entrance shoe area is always filthy and hard to step around. Otherwise it’s a great gym to workout in.

Expérience négative: Filthy, there appears to be mold growing in the mens bathroom because it has been so long since it was cleaned. I've been going there for several months and there are spots on the gym floor that have had the same stain on them since I started. I complained about the music once to front desk and it never changed. Its like being in a night club.

Expérience négative: I’m a fan of fit4less because of the price and it has all the equipment you need but holy the place is filthy. There are dust bunnies EVERYWHERE and I rarely see the employees cleaning

Expérience fantastique: Clean facility and much better equipment than PF. Positive atmosphere and friendly.

Expérience négative: Joined and cancelled after a couple of weeks. They leaving paper towels and one spray bottle in 4 spots but good luck as they’re never stocked. You walk around looking and you know people aren’t bothering to try so god knows what you’re picking up. Looking for someplace cleaner.

Expérience positive: Pointless to have amenities(tanning massage etc) if there's no one at the front desk to check you into them. There needs to be a buzz at the front desk. It's idiotic having to chase down staff. Good forbid there's an actual crisis.

Expérience fantastique: Lots of parking, easy access, fairly clean and not as busy as the other locations

Expérience négative: i’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer, no automated message. just have a simple question, i’ve made sure i call during staffed times and yet still no response.

Expérience fantastique: For the price, you can't go wrong. Way better than any other gyms in the area.

Expérience positive: Been going here since it opened. Everything is great especially the pricing tiers. Only issue I have is the temperature of the water in the showers...I end up coming out sweating more after I shower than before I enter it. I think the water should be room temperature to appease the average user...

Expérience positive: The gym, staff, and equipment are very good, as well as the hydro beds, but the music is really bothersome; it is really loud and the same songs are on repeat. It would be nice if the facility was without music.

Expérience positive: Good gym but the music is so loud and staff can’t do nothing about it apparently it’s controlled by “corporate “ turn it down a few notches people can’t listen to there own music or whatever with it so loud Edit: they said there looking into it

Expérience positive: Reasonable gym. Need to turn the audio down. Everyone has their own music.

Expérience négative: Sure, we were spoiled as Goodlife Members first. But we stayed loyal (as still under Goodlife Umbrella). We waited for over a month for the ‘kinks’ to be ironed out. But, they continue. So I guess no frills means: -Staff don’t notice when you enter or leave as very busy on their phones. - Paper towel dispensers empty. -Sanitizer bottles almost empty. -entrance pad still not working despite a sign on it for weeks. -Showers!!! Signs saying they are running cold, not working up to standards etc….maybe if they didn’t turn them on and off every day water could flow freely. Sigh….

Expérience positive: Good gym, great gym even…..but not a great gym. Every great gym must have a sauna or the experience is not ideal. Please keep this in mind.

Expérience négative: They opened only a couple of weeks now and their scanning machine to get inside has been giving people lots of trouble. I personally had to wait 30 minutes to get in on a weekend because when I scanned my card the security doors didn’t let me through and when I scanned my card again it says it can’t be scanned again for 30 minutes. This is such a flawed system and very inconvenient. 30 minutes is such a long wait. Half of my workout would’ve been done if the system wasn’t so flawed. Disappointing.

Expérience négative: Since I joined only cold water showers, now they turn showers off and say 2 weeks to fix problem which seems unacceptable. Gym is good other than this issue

Expérience positive: Update after first day: No hot water on showers and no soap. Had to shower in freezing cold water today. Not sure why opened so hurry if they are still working on showers. Also, I noticed only very few showers now. One side is fully closed now. When it was Goodlife, I believe there are 3 more on other side. Other than these everything else is good. Also, I prefer key-tag instead of card. Seems like there is an option with extra money. After few days: The entry door is kind of difficult to get in and out with a gym bag on sholder!
