Expérience négative: Horrible management. The machines are under maintenance for a month. The management doesn't give reply to the customers. Mike is a very cheap person. This gym is totally a joke and very poorly maintained. Don't waste your money here. Thank you

Expérience négative: Placed an order online through Paypal. Didn’t get any confirmation email. Wrote them an email, they didn’t reply. Called their store, number is disconnected. Looked at the reviews, they’re apparently out of business. Wrote to the manager on Facebook, he didn’t reply. Asked Paypal to cancel transaction and dispute the purchase, Paypal didn’t reimbursed. They still let their website with opening hours like they were still opened. This should be considered as Fraud.

Expérience négative: Not sure if its Covid-19 or if these guys took a vacation, but the site is still up and taking your money. Problem is they aren't delivering the product and they appear to have no way to contact them (emails come back rejected and not answering phone) stay clear of this company for now. I used them years back when i could pick stuff up and the 2 guys seemed legit. Lets just hope its a big misunderstanding for now but before you place any orders try to get in contact with them to see if its the same run around story.

Expérience fantastique: I went there a couple times to workout and the staff was great! They have a great selection of supplements and gave me many pointers on my form when I was training. They offer many classes and I loved going to my first ever Muay Thai Kickboxing class there!

Expérience négative: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. First of all Very dissipointed and extremely frustrated with nutrition warehouse. Simply ordered a backpack from them three weeks ago and still have yet to receive any information regarding my order other than the fact that my payment went through (of course). Seems professional on the exterior but once I've actually dealt with the company everything seems very shady and is done in a very unprofessional manner. I've sent multiple emails asking the status of my very simple order, only to be ignored. As of today oct,29th, I am still waiting for an email and still waiting for my backpack...

Expérience fantastique: 18 months ago I had a baby. I needed to find a fast & efficient way to lose weight & get results. I did!! This is the most comfortable facility i have ever trained in & I've trained in many in the GTA. It is one of the most positive atmospheres as it is professional & as i call it...my temple. I recommend Michael (I call him boss, the name should speak for itself) because his training methods are simple & effective. They also carry all the supplements you need at great prices. If you are thinking of changing your way of life this is my recommendation to all moms "we want to be strong to play with our children"

Expérience négative: CAUTION! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Utterly unprofessional and customer service is non-existent. As a new customer I made a simple online in stock protein powder purchase on Wednesday 27 September 2017 for about $150 with free expedited delivery. They were very quick to take my money. I do have my order number and PayPal receipt but no product. It is now Friday 3 November 2017 and still nothing. I have never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. They have not responded to any of my several emails or voice mails. Toll free line goes straight to voice mail and their local line does not have their voice mail activated. I left a message on their Facebook page with no response. I did manage to get through on their local line on Tuesday 10 October, 2017 at around 12:00 pm and spoke with a woman named Melissa. She seemed all very eager to end the call. She passed the buck to the shipping department and told me she would call me back before 4:00 pm the same day with an answer. No surprise she did not nor did she try to contact me via email as requested!! I encourage everyone to add your complaint reviews here and on their Facebook page and with the Brampton BBB. I am completely disgusted by their idea of legitimate business practices. Why and how is this business still in business? Let's get the word out!...and not let their current employees write all the reviews. UPDATE: It's now well over a month since I placed my order and still no product. More voice mails left and emails sent. Still no contact from Nutrition Warehouse Canada. PayPal refund is in the works. Email being send to PayPal encouraging them to drop this so called business as a client. UPDATE: PayPal refund was finally issued on Monday 30 October 2017. Should take 3-5 business days to show up on my credit card. Never any contact from Nutrition Warehouse Canada in any way. Received PayPal refund on Friday 3 October 2017.

Expérience fantastique: Was looking for a pre-workout that would give me the added energy I needed prior to my workouts and, was introduced to "The Curse" by Cobra Labs by the owner. He thoroughly explained its ingredients and how it would benefit me and I purchased it for the first time and have never looked back. I've since come to trust and appreciate their recommendations and find it refreshing to find a nutrition shop run by ACTUAL athletes and people who train regularly. Highly recommended!

Expérience négative: Very disappointed. Ordered two items online, both in stock. Credit card was charged 2 days later with no further information from the company. Decided to call and find out what was going on. Was told my items will be shipped on Monday (called on a Friday) Called again on Monday was then told one of the items was not in stock so was substituted with another. Received an email that evening stating it was in fact the other item not in stock but will be available on Wednesday. Decided to wait until Wednesday, Wednesday evening received shipping emails indicating my items are about to be shipped to a totally different person in a different province!? All this information was given when the order was placed! Over a week later my items have still not shipped, yet were about to be shipped to a different person probably would have been if I did not catch this. Awaiting a reply as I want my order cancelled and my money refunded.

Expérience fantastique: I would recommend Nutrition Warehouse Canada to anyone who needs vitamins. I ordered Himalaya PartySmart. I was told that it would take 5 days and they had it ready in 3!!! and I got a 15%off my next order??? I'm really impressed with these guys.
