Expérience fantastique: Fantastic gym, it has all the equipment I need for a good workout. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I appreciate that he offers a 24 hour access card. I'm not the most gym-savvy, but I've found that the other patrons are pretty nice and I don't feel out of place.

Expérience négative: Only gym in innisfail currently. Prices are fair. However its unfortunate the owner leaves the radio on full blast 24/7. Unfortunately not everyone (in fact most people) want to listen to sunny 94 on a static speaker while they work out. At least have the remote available to patrons who train there in the off hours, so they can turn it down/off and work out in peace.

Expérience positive: 24 hr with a membership, good for weight training with free weights. All the machines you need, but focused on strength training, vs other gyms that cater to cardio. Price is excellent for someone who wants a basic cardio warmup and solid weight workout.
