It’s a private gym so you’ll never feel like you’re competing for a machine/dumbbells, if anything it makes you feel like you own the place. Delfin is always helpful, giving me tips on workouts when he has the free time to do so. It’s a great community with like-minded individuals that are there to WORK. I’d recommend this gym to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: Been a member since May 2023, if I go 6-7 pm, there are rarely people. If there are, it’s hard working individuals and it’s never busy where I’d have to wait for anything. Equipment is all rogue and the space is always clean and organized. Aesthetically you’re not going to find a nicer gym in the GTA.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing gym!! Equipped with high quality weights and machines, they have everything you need! This gym is not overly crowded and has tons of parking spaces. Not to mention the aesthetics of the place is stunning, also the natural sun light comes in perfectly!! Can't ask for more, hands down my favourite gym in all of Toronto!!!

Expérience fantastique: CMD Athletics is a boutique style gym that focuses on strength and conditioning. The gym is tucked behind the Stockyards plaza, which is a great location especially if you'd like to avoid downtown traffic. The environment is very welcoming and the community is tight knit unlike most commercial gyms. I started personal training with the owner Delfin as soon as the gym opened up and have nothing–but good things to say! Delfin is an amazing coach who focuses on the goals of his clients whether you're a professional athlete or just a beginner who wants to be strong and fit. I highly recommend this gym!
