Expérience fantastique: The entire team at PhysioNorth are outstanding. The front office staff, Erin and Jaqueline, who greet you, have you fill out detailed paperwork to better understand your needs, and take care of every detail of scheduling appointments. Next is the physiotherapist, Melanie, who does a very extensive assessment and puts together a treatment plan. Then there are Alex and Victoria, the physiotherapy assistants. These two ladies have been patiently working with me to adjust my treatment plans according to what needs to be addressed for that appointment. And of course, you cannot forget Madeline, the registered massage therapist. She is in very high demand, and for good reason. She has an incredible personality, but she is so knowledgeable about the human body and how things all interact. The whole team work together cohesively to execute the best plan to help get their clients as healthy and strong as possible. The entire team at PhysioNorth are so kind, so supportive, and have great senses of humour. They are very close knit, as is evidenced by the photos of the team doing activities outside of work together (you’ll have to go to see what activities though - I’m not telling you!), and it just makes the whole atmosphere there so light, so much fun. They do excellent work. If you need an excellent physiotherapy or rehabilitation team, you would be very wise to give them a call.

Expérience négative: I wasn't even fully 100% recovered from my lower back injury an suddenly I get discharged from there because I missed some appointment which I gave plenty of notice for which weren't my fault. Cause it was either weather related, work related or another appointment come up.

Expérience fantastique: PhysioNorth is NOT just any normal treatment centre. The entire staff here are welcoming, knowledgable, compassionate, & truly care about their patients. They completely devote themselves to finding, creating, & implementing a care plan designed to help each patient get well again. They can include accupuncture, message therapy, & many faccets of physiotherapy all under one roof. I highly recommend PhysioNorth to anyone. Melanie and her staff truly support their clients 100%.
