Expérience fantastique: After birthing 3 babies in under a year I didn't think getting back into a work out routine would be a issue. I started working out as normal after 5 months, some time went by and my back was in so much pain, moving around hurt and I thought it had something to do with the whole birthing humans thing. However, after starting a membership at peak and getting some sessions with Nick we found out my back was in rough shape and I was doing far to harsh of workouts for where I was physically Nick set me on the right path and now I have absolutely no back pain and I'm getting my core to where it needs to be!!!! I don't know what would have happened had it not been for Nick and peak fitness. I'm so happy that Nipawin has such an amazing place with people who actually care about you and are so knowledgeable!!! Peak fitness saved me and I'll be back to my 20 year old shape in no time I love being able to treat my gym time like a mini spa getaway with the tanning and workout followed by a steam in the steamroom.. let's not forget those smoothies!!!

So many options for workouts and there is alway so many laughs and fun … definitely recommend Peak Fitness.. I’m always here to welcome new faces ! ❤️

Expérience fantastique: I was back in Carrot River visiting my parents so I made the drive to Nipawin to hit the gym on a drop in pass on 3 different days. In my opinion the gym is very well laid out, very good selection of equipment (machines, free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells) to get a solid workout in. I was also happy they had the best piece of cardio equipment in a StairMaster for that great sweat. A section for the ladies only as well plus a great room for stretching. Gym had people in and out of it but still lots of space and equipment that you were never waiting. Great to see the gym busy and thriving in the community. A bonus is the steam room at the end of the workout with towels provided by gym. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful for anything one needed. Very well run operation and you can tell people are happy to be there. A place that puts a smile on your face. Also if you are in the area and wondering if it is worth the drive for the gym, the answer is a resounding yes. Personally I will be making the drive anytime I am home so I can stay on track. Thanks for being so accommodating.

Expérience fantastique: Wow, just wow! Their customer service went beyond my expectations! I was in Nipawin for a few days for work and this was the gym I decided to visit. Bought 2 passes for the 2 days I was going to be in town. On the second day I received a call from the gym asking me if I would still planning on going because they wanted to make sure someone would be at the door to let me in. That's customer service! They got lots of different equipment and the place is spotless! You won't be disappointed! Thanks again for a great experience!

Fitness casses, nutrition and one on one training as well as separate training rooms are just some of the amenities offered for clients. Anyone who pays a visit to Peak Fitness won't be disappointed!

Expérience fantastique: Outstanding facility with new sturdy flexible floor which was a joy to work out on. Has the latest equipment including a vibration machine The vibration machine can really tone your muscles. Loved the weight lifting stands. Staff were very helpful. Tried out a vibrating foam roller. It was fantastic as you can roll and vibrate tight muscles at the same time. Steam room was excellent as well. For a small town I don't think you can do much better than this place.
