Expérience négative: I do not know this clinic or its staff, but I received a call from their offices insulting and threatening me. I clearly knew that it was a mistake regarding my cell phone number, however, they revealed the type of incompetent staff they have.

Expérience négative: La secrétaire m’a donné un rdv et ne l’a jamais inscrite à l’horaire du médecin donc après 1 mois d’attente j’arrive à mon rdv et ils m’annoncent que je n’ai pas de rendez-vous. Super service

Expérience négative: Service à la clientèle de la médecine sportive totalement déficient. Suivi des patients absent. J'ai un poignet gauche enflé depuis plus d'un an après une rencontre avec l'un de leur médecins qui m'a coûté 70 dollars en examen, pour me faire ensuite référé à une résonance magnétique où ils se sont totalement désisté. Absence de suivi du patient notable et inadmissible. Fuyez cet endroit.

Expérience négative: When I called the receptionist sounded so not pleasant. She was rude and as if I was bothering her. Once I got to the clinic I was 6 mins late (I didn't know where to go after I got to the lobby and I was limping so I was walking slow) she says your appointment was 10 minutes ago I look at the time and correct her. Funny when they leave me in the lobby for 20 mins after my appointment am I allowed to say you're 20 mins late? She should maybe learn some customer service skills!

Expérience négative: I have been sent here not once but twice to see Dr. Eric Renaud because of a work accident. I have both an MRI and Musculoskeletal ultrasound which both show I have lateral epicondylitis, as well as the professional opinions of 2 physiotherapists, my family MD and a physiatrist who all agreed with my diagnosis of lateral epicondylitis. Despite these facts and evidence, Dr Eric Renuad will always insist I have something else, something as random as "Myofascial pain syndrome", which would force me back to work before the injury is taken care of. Thankfully he contradicts himself in his own reports and the BEM saw right through it. He even questioned the competence of my family MD in his own report, which was strange and surprising. Their tactics seem shady and underhanded, they have obvious financial incentives to illegitimately force people back to work and it certainly shows. The level of dishonesty and manipulation here is just sick and completely unbecoming of a professional medical center.

Expérience négative: Bonjour Santé c'est une JOKE! le système téléphonique ne fonctionne pas " The caller you have tried to call is unavailable " et ça raccroche il n'y a rien n’a faire et personne ne fait rien pour réparer le système.

Expérience positive: Just found out that the family doctors at Clinique 440 don't do pregnancy follow-up, which is disappointing.

Expérience positive: Prise de rendez-vous sur bonjour santé. Emplacement facile d’accès. Médecin à l’heure... même à l’avance et attentive. Plus difficile d’obtenir les résultats par la suite, j’ai dû appeler trois fois en deux jours.

Expérience positive: Website still not accessible as of October 2017. The place is still partially under construction. Great design otherwise, the parking is plentiful.

Expérience fantastique: Endroit très propre, neuf et le personnel est très courtois. Système de prise de rendez-vous bien fait. Par contre, prévoir un petit moment pour vous orienter dans le bâtiment si vous aller à la clinique dans l'édifice.
