We help people play the sport they love, at the level they desire, for as long as they want. Our pre-season program helps you prepare for the rigours of your sport. Our in-season program is designed for you to spend the minimum amount of time necessary in the gym to stay injury free and perform your favourite sport at a high level. Our off-season program is designed to help you to recover from the stresses you place on your body during the course of a demanding season, so that you can prepare for the hard work of the pre-season.

Expérience fantastique: Due to a lifetime of playing competitive contact sports, I have amassed a variety of injuries, from bone breaks, tears, surgery, etc. The pandemic was a sport circuit breaker for me and stopping playing sports ultimately led to my body breaking down. I was limping upon getting out of bed, struggled with stairs, walking long distances was challenging and I would play soccer for a couple of weeks then I would be out for 3 weeks and the cycle continued. I thought this was an issue of working out more regularly and that eventually the pain, discomfort and lack of mobility would go away (things that would maybe work in my 20's but I'm now in my 40's!), so I started to look locally for a premium gym/ fitness studio. I stumbled across 3 Seasons and was taken by their mission statement "We help you play the sport you love, at the level you desire, for as long as you want". That was exactly what I wanted to do, so I set up a consultation with Yoni, the owner and chief trainer. Yoni took the time to do a very thorough consultation and the rest is history, I now play soccer weekly, hike, work out at my condo gym regularly (with a plan designed by Yoni) and I'm pain free. To put it bluntly, Yoni and all the staff at 3 Seasons have vastly changed my quality of life! Things to consider: There is no injury that I know of that will stop Yoni building a custom plan for you I've broken several bones, have arthritis, have had back surgery and had a few muscle tears. The team are so knowledgeable and will show you modifications to ensure that you are able to strengthen what is need for you to reach your goal The facility is second to none, if there is a piece of equipment that they don’t have, you don’t need it They will show you how to do pretty much every movement with or without a machine This is not high intensity training, there are no age limits, no mobility requirements, I've seen teenagers and retirees there, all making progress You have to be committed to doing the work inside and outside the studio to reap the benefits, the trainers are looking out for your overall health, not just strength or weight loss I've worked with all the trainers at 3 Seasons, they are all excellent, knowledgeable (they are committed to continuous learning) and most importantly they create a family environment, I work from home and you want to go somewhere where you are welcomed They will always advise, they are not there to tell you what to do with your life, for example, I follow a vegan diet, they are extremely respectful and understanding of that (I also enjoy a drink!) I've been going to 3 Seasons for three years, it's not all been fun and games, it took time, there were some setbacks on my journey, Yoni and the team will always be there to support you. It's a personal service, you will build a relationship and they are very open to feedback, they are also not there to extract every dollar from you. If you have not heard of FST, look it up and go get a stretch from Daisy, you will not regret it If you have ongoing issues, Yoni has built a network of healthcare professionals who he can refer you too for additional services and therapies (I have used a physiotherapist, chiropractor and seen a sports medicine specialist) Basically, if you are serious about your physical health go and talk to Yoni!

Expérience fantastique: I can confidently say I have never felt better physically and mentally in my entire life. I was very new to weight lifting and personal training in general but Yoni and his team were exceptional in helping me figure out what I needed physically and what fitness goals I wanted to set for myself. In addition to being able to lose weight, change my body composition, and gain muscle/definition like never before, I have not had any back or neck pains since starting. I've had the pleasure of being trained by both Yoni and Carey on separate occasions and I always leave with so much value and energy for the rest of my day. Not to mention they ensure every session is educational, motivating and always striving to get the most out of me. Even during small group sessions, Yoni is able to provide such an individualized approach to ensuring everything I do is tailored to what my body needs and what my goals are. He explains the form and reason behind every exercise and motion which helps me understand the purpose of what I'm doing and the kind of results I can strive for every time. He listens, remembers, and comes up with specific solutions for anything I may mention to him. Hands down, 3 Seasons Personal Training has been the best experience I have had with anything fitness related and I would not consider going anywhere else after getting the kind of results I've been getting here. Whether you are experienced and looking for growth, injured and looking for recovery, or new and looking to get healthy and fit, this is where you should start. Love it.

Expérience fantastique: Hi have been training at 3 Seasons for over 2 years. and have enjoyed working out one on one with Yoni and in the small group sessions. Yoni has helped me discover how strong I am, and he is always focused on results with my long-term health goals in mind (injury prevention is always first). He has built a great team who enjoy working together. He has top of the line equipment and the gym is always spotless! More recently I have started to workout with Daisy. She is passionate about working with clients one on one to improve their alignment, core strength and stability so that they can be even stronger. Both Yoni and Daisy build rehabilitative and preventative exercises into my programs to help with my migraines and with stress release. Daisy draws from her FST expertise, background in Yoga and is always learning and bringing her knowledge to her clients.

Daisy is phenomenal - using a well-researched, personalized program that targets muscles I didn’t even know I had! The workouts and FST treatments have helped release my chronic neck and shoulder pain, improving my posture, and completely transforming my body. Expérience fantastique: Hands down the best gym experience I have had so far! Prior to starting at 3 Seasons, I have researched and tried several personal training places in the midtown area, but there are a few key elements that make my experience here far more enjoyable than any other places I have tried in the past: - Amazing trainers: I had the opportunities to train with all the trainers: Yoni, Jacqui, Daisy and Carey. All of the trainers are extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. The trainers are always early to set up the place prior to my arrival, examining my forms closely during the sessions, and providing instructions and feedbacks as I perform the workouts. The reliability and professionalism these trainers offer are just unparalleled. - Well maintained facility: the gym is not huge, but management did a great job to make sure it never felt crowded. It is well equipped to accommodate different workouts depending on your personalized training programs. There are two washrooms that are always clean and fresh towels are provided. There are also several HEPA filter purifiers running constantly. When I walked in for the first time, I found the place smells more like my lemon butter shampoo rather than a gym. - Caring Management: I think the amazing trainers and well maintained facility mentioned above stem from how much management care about the clients and their experiences. I noticed that Yoni is constantly reading and learning about health related information: whether it is a conference about body recovery held by some Olympic level coach, or a book on different ways to stretch written by a leading expert in the industry. I could tell that Yoni is passionate about what he does, and is continuously trying to improve on the services being provided by learning and gathering feedbacks on a regular basis. TLDR: Amazing trainers, well equipped & clean facility and remarkable customer service. This place has earned my highest recommendation.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to 3 seasons for over a year. Initially because I had knee pain and wanted to do something about it to prepare for ski season. Not only has my knee pain improved, my energy levels have increased. I can keep up with my young kids and also carry them without having my back hurt. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable. What I like about the gym is that they really cater to the individual. They will suggest warm-ups and stretches depending on my energy level and how well I have slept to ensure safety and comfort. I feel that this is a very holistic way of training. I am currently training with Carey who is awesome. His training has allowed me to lift heavier weights which I could not do before or even thought to attempt. Even with group training sessions he will correct your posture, make sure you are doing the exercises right to ensure you are targeting the right muscle and prevent injury. I have also had FST sessions with Daisy. The FST sessions have greatly reduced my knee pain and I find I can train better because of it. I would definitely recommend 3 seasons to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey.

Expérience fantastique: Each time after being treated by Daisy's Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), my chronic shoulder pain usually went away immediately and stayed pain-free for a long period of time. Not only she is knowledgeable about human anatomy structures and movements, but also she can give me tailored workouts homework to keep my joints stay aligned. Expérience fantastique: I spent a month in Toronto to spend quality & quantity time with my son and his young family. Although, I had begun this visit with terrible back pain & would be going home to schedule surgery, it was important to me to see them (emotional & mental health). Prior to my trip, my son, Brett Weiss, who formerly was a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in NY and now is a resident of Ontario, has a PhysioTherapy practice specializing in the Jaw, (TMJ) in Midtown Toronto. He had previously arranged for me to work with a DPT, Dr. Kyle Volstad at “Athlete Restoration PT” in West Palm Beach, FL, which had tremendously helped me. He felt that it would help for me to see Yoni. He had been working himself with Yoni at 3 Seasons Personal Training in Midtown, Toronto, and knew it would be a positive decision for me as well. He “strongly suggested”, I make appts in advance with Yoni to train with him during my stay to hedge the chances of going backward & hopefully even improve the way I felt. I began this journey with Yoni to maintain the previous PT work & improve my mobility, pain, balance and overall physical and mental health. As most of us have experienced, our physical health has a direct influence on our mental health- thanks to Yoni, both have improved greatly. The amount of time that he worked with me coupled with the ongoing hours of conversation, emails and texts with the DPT in WPB, Florida who had been in direct communication with my orthopedic surgeon, he was able to not only maintain the increased improvements I had prior to leaving home for the month, but enhance the outcome. I’ve never witnessed a collaboration of efforts as I have during this entire experience. I really had a terrific team effort and it was global :) Although, I was supposed to be going home to schedule the surgery. When I went for the pre-op appt. the surgeon ordered another MRI since my symptoms had improved, The results showed the affected areas were tremendously improved & he suggested I continue PT with Dr Kyle & the exercise & stretches from Yoni in lieu of surgery. So not only did I NOT go backwards in my recovery while traveling, lifting and playing with toddler grandchildren, I actually continued to improve by adding on the daily “homework” from Yoni and working with him for the month I was in Canada. Yoni also offered to continue my progress by connecting with a Personal Trainer of my choice in my home area as well. All of the above, his professionalism, uncanny knowledge in his field, communication skills, followups with exercise descriptions & videos showing proper form, daily life adjustment advise, numerous discussions with the other professionals involved in my case, being totally detail oriented and obviously having a love for the field of practice he has established over the years helped me in so many ways. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THREE SEASONS PERSONAL TRAINING for anyone in Toronto that needs help whether Training for the Olympics, or everyday life challenging circumstances. A side note, while working out during the month I noticed a significant amount of clients are athletes either working to enhance their workouts or recovering from injuries. Wow, that was remarkable to witness what is really possible when you have the right Personal Training Establishment in your corner! I am so blessed to have found Three Seasons Personal Training and will continue to go there on my future trips to Toronto to maintain what I’ve accomplished and committed to maintaining. Expérience fantastique: I decided to get a personal trainer because I was very out of shape and I had no idea what to do in a gym. I have been training with Yoni for the past 4 months and I’m thrilled with the results so far. Not only are my clothes fitting better, but I’m noticing a big difference in my day to day activities and even my mood. I recently completed a difficult hike that I couldn’t have even dreamed about doing 4 months ago. It’s encouraging to see results so quickly and I’m excited to keep progressing. Yoni is professional and made me feel very comfortable. The workouts are custom to my goals and skill level. He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the little things to me. All the staff at 3 Seasons have been very welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to work with two other trainers and both were great experiences. I highly recommend joining 3 seasons personal training.

Expérience fantastique: It's been 2 months and I absolutely love going to my personal training sessions with Yoni. I always felt a little intimidated by gyms but I knew I needed help when I got really out of shape after working remotely the past few years. I was getting shin splits simply from walking! Yoni makes the entire experience super comfortable. He is very attentive and will create a program and incorporate exercises that best suit your needs. I know I've gotten stronger - the same exercise that felt really hard in our first session has now become easy. I'm less tired in the afternoon, fit better in my clothes, and best of all, I feel so much better. (And no more shin splits.) The facility is always clean and there are never more than 2 to 3 people at a time training. I have met the other trainers and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Booking a consultation with Yoni was one of the best decisions I made this year and I can't recommend 3 Seasons Personal Training enough.

Expérience fantastique: I emailed Yoni explaining I was an over-60, gym-phobic with no weight training experience. Having no specific injuries or health complaints, essentially I felt a need to be stronger and found 3 Seasons Personal Training. I thought I’d try strength training for maybe a month, sure I would find it wasn’t for me. Now 5 months in and twice a week, Yoni’s exceptional individualized approach to training has won me over. While he understands my modest goals, his enthusiasm and knowledge make me believe I can achieve them and more. The atmosphere at 3 Seasons is friendly and unintimidating. Attention to cleanliness and safety is flawless. Yoni is respectful of my time and adjusts each workout according to how I feel that day. Expérience fantastique: Yoni is a terrific trainer and runs a great boutique gym with the team at 3 Seasons. I have been working out with Yoni for 1.5 years. He is great at developing personalized programs and scheduling for me as someone with a busy work schedule. With Yoni's support, I have made consistent gains on both strength and mobility. The atmosphere at the gym is friendly, professional and focused on all-round health and well-being.

Expérience fantastique: I've had nothing but great experiences going to 3 Seasons. I started a few month ago because I realized to needed to integrate exercise into my life. This was after months of experiencing a lot of low energy after not only the pandemic but also finishing up my studies, moving and starting a new job. I reached out to Yoni, we discussed my individual goals. Yoni was very friendly and understanding and very quickly I got started working towards my goals. Jacqui, who was my personal trainer, got me started on several excellent programs and it's been great ever since. Jacqui is kind, she listens and considers my concerns but she still know where and when I can be pushed to strive for better exercise. She created programs that really worked for me and I am not only feeling like I have more energy but I am feeling less pain in my body from my sedentary job. I cannot recommend Jacqui, and 3 Seasons enough. They are all kind, accommodating and understanding, definitely reach out and talk to them!

Expérience fantastique: There are three factors that made me begin working out at 3 Seasons: 1. I played a lot of high impact sports and didn't take care of my body so they have taken their toll through the years, 2. I had a serious accident that requires long-term rehabilitation, and 3. Because of my age and it's impact on my body, not just the injuries, my proficiency in my traditional sports, like hockey, has a nose dived! I have always been athletic and participated in many sports, and I didn't like that my aging, beaten up body was inhibiting my ability to play at the level I wanted. So Yoni designed a program for me that would enable me to play at a higher level and reduce my injuries. I now feel fitter than I have ever been and I am enjoying playing my sports again. Ian

Expérience fantastique: I have been a practicing physiotherapist for 9 years and have worked with many many trainers and gyms over the years as both a colleague and client. 3 Seasons is a cut above the rest. Yoni's dedication to education, ensuring his clients are pushed to their goals in a safe and effective way is truly refreshing to see as a PT myself. Loving this so much I decided to join myself! I have been working with Jacqui Warnock and the experience has been excellent. Each session is private, custom-tailored and there is a clear direction and planned out approach. Expérience fantastique: This gym is the greatest. I was referred to Yoni by a healthcare professional I trust implicitly. Under Yoni’s training and guidance I have come back to full function. He loves questions! From my perspective as an educator there are several key factors that set 3 Seasons apart: 1) conscientious, knowledgeable, responsive individualized training tailored to the needs and goals of the client – continually adjusted 2) a wide array of superb equipment along with attentive trainers; superb air quality and no mirrors 3) communication and consultations via zoom, facetime etc. 4) fostering community and client knowledge acquisition with bi-weekly videos addressing questions that emerge during training sessions that would be useful for all 5) professional yet friendly atmosphere that dispels awkwardness 6) fostering continuing professional development of trainers - the essence of ‘expertise’

Expérience fantastique: The trainers at 3 Seasons are highly qualified and know how to adjust the programme to the needs of each client. They are incredibly caring and thoughtful - I trust them 100%. The gym is well appointed with a large variety of high quality equipment, extremely clean and well organized, the lay out is efficient and allows for ample space between the stations , it's light and airy - a real pleasure to train there.

Expérience fantastique: I have been working with Yoni for 18 months and look forward to continuing the twice weekly workouts. Yoni spent time up front listening to my near and medium term personal objectives and constantly adjusts the training to meet the needs of where I am in my other sports (running and skiing). The workouts are challenging and I’m pleased to see results in my performance outside the gym. 3 Seasons Personal Training is a great gym – it’s very clean and has all the toys you would want, and Yoni takes great pride in making good use of all of them. I highly recommend Yoni and the gym to anyone who is serious about getting into or staying in good shape.

Expérience fantastique: I can’t say enough great things about Heather and the 3 Season’s team. I have been training with Heather 1:1, to feel stronger and fitter after having to 2 kids, to help strengthen a postpartum DR, and to help keep fit for ski season. Heather has helped me tremendously in achieving those goals. Now pregnant and still training with baby 3 I still feel like I am in capable hands. Thank you Heather for helping me lift heavier then I thought I ever could and challenging me in every workout. Heather is fun, knowledgeable, personable, patient and passionate about her work. The 3 Season’s gym has great equipment and hospital grade air purifiers that make me feel safe during workouts. I highly recommend Heather, the 3 Season’s gym and the 3 Season’s team.

Expérience fantastique: As someone with scoliosis, I’ve always struggled with weight training both mentally and physically. I started training with Heather in 2017 and through her knowledge and coaching, she has instilled the confidence in me test the limits of my body that I would not have otherwise. Expérience fantastique: I know Yoni from his Goodlife time. At Goodlife, I got the opportunity to work with him as my personal trainer for a short period of time. I found him very professional, respectfull, dedicated and caring in a way that very quickly he stood out amongst all other personal trainers I knew so far. Curious to learn where this level of professionalism is coming from, I had a chat with him and learned an awe-inspiring fact about him: He has left another rewarding career to become a personal trainer just to follow his passion; this is a very rare quality one could have in any profession. He really cares about the fitness of the particular exercise, and he's full-on in developing a plan which suits your needs. While working with you, he is very focused on your movements, and you can feel you are having the full support of a pro! Any moment I can afford training with him, I wouldn't hesitate a second.

We're thinking about adding some small group training (3-5 clients at a time) where everyone is on the same program so that we can offer our services at a lower price point. I.e. Small group training for golfers, Small group training for mobility, small group training for body composition, etc. I'm juggling a lot right now, but you will be one of the first people to know if we add such a service! The main issue is that because we make every effort to limit numbers on the training floor to six (including staff) doing this would mean only one trainer could work at a time. For now we're focused on everyone getting a highly customized program, but we do have plans to branch out!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a client of 3 Seasons for 3 years. I thought it was time to update my review. I am down 45lbs, and increased my muscle mass and bone density. I’m stronger and more confident in my skin. I cannot recommend my trainer, Carey, high enough. He is extremely knowledgeable but also personable. Furthermore he is a chef for professional athletes and has helped teach me how to cook healthier and delicious meals. 3 Seasons is more than a gym- it’s a community of people getting stronger and healthier together.

You've been such a great example of how strength training doesn't have to leave you feeling destroyed to make progress (in fact, for beginners like you that often leads to problems and injury). Consistent strength training at a 6-8/10 on the difficulty scale can lead to amazing things! I'm so happy that having a private studio to train in gave you the comfort you needed to get started.

You are the exact person I started this business to help - someone who takes their health/fitness seriously, who has a sport they love, but who finds that 1:1 training in a boutique setting at $100-$150/hour is outside of their budget. I'll never understand why some other studios refuse to offer semi-private training where each clients gets their own custom program.

Expérience fantastique: I started training with Yoni in November 2015 to get in shape for my wedding (June 2016) - I wanted to look and feel my best on my wedding day. Not only did I feel great that day - Yoni helped set me on a path to become stronger and healthier than I ever was before. Now, working out and eating nutritious meals are habits that I have built into my lifestyle. Specifically, Yoni helped me accomplish two goals, becoming stronger and more flexible. While I still have a long way to go to reach some of the lofty goals I set for myself -- Yoni has instilled in me a mentality that it is a marathon not a sprint, and that the surest path to getting stronger is to be consistent and avoid injury. I would highly recommend training with Yoni if you want to get into the best shape of your life.
