Expérience fantastique: Absolutely incredible experience. As many on here have already stated- this was a bucket list item. Allan said today "you will know after your first jump if you are one of us".... I was so nervous to do this but I am confident I am one of you! I will for sure be back! My friend and I had our first jump today, tandem, and are both beyond happy with how everything went. Everyone here was great, staff were accommodating, very professional, and made the entire thing fun. From start to finish! Ed was my partner today! You're experience was on full display! Couldn't have asked for a better person to jump with! Thank you to the team at Skydive Gan, and a special thanks to Ed, and Allan for falling 10,000 feet with us today! Hats off to you guys! We will see you again I'm the spring!

Expérience négative: I was booked for a saturday morning jump with a group for my friend's birthday. I traveled 3 hours to be able join my group. We received an email at 4:55 Friday evening stating that the aircraft was in for maintenance and the work wasn't completed so they wouldn't be able to fly that weekend. At this point I had already driven to the area. So I had already spent money on gas and the 407. Not only was the cancellation incredibly inconvenient and costly, but it also left us scrambling for alternatives. To make things worse, when we called them to express our frustration, they told us they wouldn’t refund us for the experience. Instead, they only offered to reschedule—something I’m not available to do this year. So much for making it right. And the cherry on top? When we requested to cancel our reservation altogether, they plan hit us with a $100 administrative charge. Seriously? You cancel on us at the last minute and then want to charge us for the privilege of canceling? Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that respects their customers. This one is a joke.

Expérience fantastique: First time tandem jump with Jim! Amazing experience!!! Great team and they explained everything well. Felt safe. My favorite part was when they opened the door, chilling air gushed in and the view was beautiful! Got the pictures and videos within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this place!

Expérience négative: Put down a deposit in 2023. After a couple months of cancels and trying to get ahold of Will. No Jumps were made. Asked them to let me know for next season, and I forgot about this. It was only until I went through my emails that I noticed no continued response. Well, ofc jump season 2024 was well underway, yet no email from Will. 2 months underway, so I reached out again, this time asking for my deposit of $75 bucks back, since it had been an entire season. Will was very blunt with his No, telling me since I signed the Terms of Service, too bad so sad. Yet as the picture shows. I tried to Jump! Can't use my deposit if I can't get ahold of your business or initiate the activity which I paid for! lol... And keep in mind this is all over $75 dollars. Needless to say, I will jump will another, less stingy team.

Expérience fantastique: After months of planning, my group (7 people) and I had a wonderful experience. Every FELT safe. And it was. They are so professional and transparent about the jump long before, during, and after. It was nothing short of exhilerating. Tom, Will, Ed, Alan, Grace and Team: thank you for making this so easy and comfortable. For most of us, this was our first time jumping, and we cannot wait to do it again.

Expérience fantastique: AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! If you like thrill adventures it doesn't get better than this. I was very scared at first but as soon as you meet the instructors they immediately make you feel safe. I jumped with Will and my girlfriend jumped with Ed and we both had a fantastic time. The feeling while free-falling is incomparable. Looking forward to doing it again! (tip for future skydivers: eat well and drink water the day of the jump. I barely had any water that morning and that left me a bit woozy by the time we were landing)

Expérience fantastique: Had a fantastic experience with my son and daughter. My daughter went first and Ed was amazing with her. Walked us all through the process and put us all at ease as first timers. There is no way to describe the feeling when the door pops open and it is time to go. Ed guided my feet to the step, pulled my chin up and leaned forward and we were gone! No time for fears or worries just awesomeness of free falling. Having done IFly a few times I can safely say there is NO comparison until you are fully settled into your descent. Looking forward to doing it again! Thanks to Ed and the entire team (and community of jumpers) who put us at ease and got us psyched up!!

Expérience fantastique: GREAT EXPERIENCE to conquer my fear of heights. After arrival I was welcomed by very friendly staff. They put me at ease by answering all my questions. I said to myself, Ed, my tandem partner had done ~5,000 jumps and does it for 30 years now and probably wants to see his family for dinner today. After briefing and suiting up we got into the small plane. It took about 10 minutes for the plane to climb to 10,000 feet. With me and my tandem partner was a young Lady who did her first solo-jump and Donald a seasoned jumper. When the door opened I felt at ease and we jumped out. In mid air Donald came (flew) over to me and gave me a High Five. After about one minute the parachute opened and Ed guided me to circle around a bit and then we landed exactly were we wanted. In closing: I will jump again.
