Guerlain Spa at Four Seasons Montreal

Expérience fantastique: Amazing, wonderful! I’ve had many spa/massage experiences over the years and this stands out as a front runner. The front desk lady was lovely, we were promptly taken back. The foot bath and stone walk pre-massage was great while waiting for our appointment(s). The snack options were plentiful. The massage itself with the scent selection and description was quite a unique journey and I enjoyed every bit of my experience! Post-massage we were led back to the stone walk area and brought freshly made pastries while we hydrated (which were excellent). I couldn’t recommend more! Very memorable and I will be back when I next visit Montreal.

Expérience négative: Extrêmement déçue du soin cuir chevelu réparation royale que j’ai reçu en août. Selon la description sur le site web de spa Guerlain, je m'attendais à un soin du cuir chevelu et des cheveux. Je n'ai reçu aucun diagnostic capillaire précis et le soin a fait tout le contraire de sublimer ma chevelure. Mes cheveux étaient rêches et le soin (massage) a irrité mon cuir chevelu plutôt que l'apaiser. Malgré un appel et deux courriels envoyés au spa, je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse de leur part. Extrêmement décevant.

Expérience fantastique: Wonderful first time massage with Jihan as my RMT, would highly recommend her for her sincerity and skill. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at the Guerlain Spa - relaxation area was pleasant, I was surprised with a complimentary glass of prosecco and a small amuse-bush based on the scent/theme I chose during my massage. I also enjoyed the use of the sauna and pool - very quiet and clean. Lastly, very thoughtful gesture from Ghizlene at reception, she gifted me a luxurious box of Guerlain samples since it was my birthday! Thanks to the Guerlain Spa team for an exceptional experience!

Expérience positive: Massage was excellent, but I thought the relaxation area would be better. The staff seemed somewhat inexperienced though very sweet.

De la on peut profiter des bains donc on va au 6ieme pour le Sauna, les vapeurs, la piscine La salle de détente au 6ieme est magnifique et super confortable Le massage aussi était agréable

Expérience négative: Worse experience ever! Do not go to this spa! I got there at 1:00 for my appointment at 1:30, I was told to wait in the waiting room in my robe for my masseuse. At 1:50 I asked when my massage would start it was already 20 min late, and then I was told at 2:00 that my masseuse was not coming. I wasted my whole afternoon! Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional for the Four Seasons.

Expérience fantastique: Un endroit où le service est exceptionnel de l’accueil jusqu’au départ. L’endroit est chic et chaleureux à la fois. J’en suis à quelques visites au cours de la dernière année et je peux confirmer que la qualité des soins est constante. La salle de relaxation est paisible et les petites douceurs offertes sont délicieuses (beau choix de thés, boules d’énergie, madeleines). Le spa Guerlain est mon nouvel endroit favori pour recevoir un facial. Égoïstement, je garderais bien ce sanctuaire rien que pour moi ! Je recommande particulièrement le soin “énergie et éclat Montréal”. Aussi, si comme moi, il vous arrive d’avoir un peu négligé votre routine de soin du visage à la maison et qu’un soin plus attentionné soit nécessaire, je recommande le “tailor made/ sur mesure de 90 minutes” .

Expérience fantastique: FANTASTIC. Had a 90-minute massage with Coraline and my husband had a similar 90-minute massage with a therapist whose name escapes me. From the opening ritual of scent, to the facial treatment and massage, it really relaxed my senses. The massage table was wider and more comfortable than others I have been on. Would highly recommend. I can't wait to return!

Expérience fantastique: Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons hotel in Montreal. I just got back home in Toronto and I miss it already. I received an outstanding massage from Jihan. And thank you to Katia and Brenda and everyone else that greeted me or assisted. My family and I felt so welcomed there.

Expérience fantastique: Outstanding experience! Had the 90minute Power of Montreal treatment. It was perfect. My therapist (Rowan) also did some hip extensions that was so helpful. The written summary afterwards is a nice touch and very thoughtful.

Expérience fantastique: The check in was easy, they provide towels to wipe your hands and a selection of a complimentary small drink. I chose a shot of green juice. It tasted great. The locker assigned had a robe, towel, and sandals. The bathrooms were huge, they had a seating vanity area with some styling products. The locker room was very tasteful. The waiting area had snacks and drinks. I had a couples room with my partner for our massage. My massage therapist was very nice. The therapist incorporated some aromatherapy to begin my massage. I enjoyed my experience. My partner enjoyed his massage as well. After your massage you can go back to the waiting area for the hot/cold foot bath and a stone walkway. The only negative thing was that we were not advised upon booking that our scheduled booking wouldn't give us enough time to enjoy the hot/cold foot bath and stone walk. I will definitely come back and I would recommend this spa to my family and friends.

Expérience fantastique: C’était ma première fois dans un spa, j’ai pris le “the surprise” qui durait 4 heures avec des traitements, des massages, du champagne etc pour ma fête d’anniversaire. J’ai adoré à 1000%. Je suggère énormément. Ils sont respectueux et professionnels. C’est très silencieux pour Une bonne détente. Les installations sont d’un luxe digne d’un palais. Si vous cherchez un spa pour de la tranquillité et de l’intimité avec très très peux de monde, ce spa est faite pour vous. Je recommencerai l’expérience dans un futur proche.
