Expérience fantastique: Highly recommended! I've done a few EMS sessions with Miguel + hydro jet / infrared pods with Gitana. Such intense, high yield 20-mins workouts with 1 to 1 EMS personal training with Miguel. The pods, especially the hydro jet pod, are so relaxing. Both Miguel and Gitana are highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Studio also has well equipped showers. Clean and beautiful décor. Thank you!

It feels like it came to me at the right time. . .The variety of modalities offered are wonderful resources to have in a busy city. I walked in feeling very weak, anxious and extremely lethargic. I left my first pressotherapy session feeling 80% better! I also was able to connect with Gitana and the magnitude of knowledge and care she provided completely put me at ease, she is wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and cannot wait to my return again soon :)

Expérience fantastique: If you live or work near by it’s an amazing place for you to visit! I’m a big fan of saunas. And this place has a machine (POD) which simulate a sauna!) You lay down in the POD, feel big heat but enjoy it!! When you come out of the POD you are realized you sweated a lot!!) I believe i lose weight too;-)

Expérience fantastique: I love the EMS and the PODS they have and I’ve been coming here for three months! The 30 mins EMS training make you feel like 2 hours workout in a gym!!!! Also, the pod is extremely relaxing and it releases your stress!!!!! Definitely recommend this place!

I could clearly see the difference in my body's size and strength after a month!!! The trainers are really helpful and make sure I've used all of my muscles within 1-on-1 30 minute-workout. They also monitor my body's measurements/goals regularly to adjust for different trainings. Would definitely continue using the services here!! :)
