Expérience négative: I watched an advertisement regarding stretch lab and decided to give it a try. I called and booked my first introductory appointment. After my appointment was done, they told me about how we can continue. I was told by the staff that the majority of insurance companies cover the cost thus I decided to continue based on 3-month contract. I have two insurances from Canada life and Sun life. None of them cover the cost of stretch lab. I asked them to cancel the 3-months contract after the introductory session and they refused. I have never informed that I can't cancel it before the end of the term. Furthermore, nobody told me that the 3-month contract will be auto renewed after 3 months. 10 days before the end of 3-months contract, I informed them that I am not going to renew my contract, but the owner’s answer was you should inform us 1 month in advance and after I told them you didn't inform me about your rules, the owner decided to charge me for additional half months. I left with no choice while the stretch lab didn't work for me during the past 3 months. I have the same issues as I had before. I paid all the costs from my pocket and no noticeable result. I have not even received my bills while I followed up with them several times. I have never worked with a business where the business owner treats their customers like this. I should mention that the staff I work with directly are very friendly which is the only positive part of this business. However, they have no control over the issue I listed above and the business owner who makes all these issues, is not spending any time to talk to you and making decisions based on the situation works for both sides. If you want to work with them, first make sure that your insurance covers this service and then check all terms carefully and make a record of them.

For someone like me who is quite flexible and strong, he has adjusted my sessions to fit my abilities and odd spots of tightness. Colin has such a calming personality and so knowledgeable that the sessions fly by but you will feel great afterwards.

Expérience fantastique: Stretchlab Aspen branch was a fantastic experience for me and definitely a positive rung on my fitness journey ladder. I encourage others to give this a try. I worked primarily with Ryley and Zorig, both of whom were very knowledgeable, encouraging and informative (a millions thanks!) I would strongly recommend either of these two “flexologists” to anyone who wants to improve their flexibility (which is, of course a major health benefit). . I was quite impressed with the Stretchlab organization overall, facilities were spotlessly clean, website booking system worked well, operating hours convenient, communication excellent and all the staff were very professional and friendly. I did the three month program - though I could see solid improvement within just a few weeks I'm glad I did three months. Engaging Stretchlab was the best health decision I’ve ever made! Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Stretch Lab on and off for 2 years now. Service is great and staff has been consistently great. However Miguel was my most recent go to guy. Very thorough and focused and helped my problem zones. Made major gains and learned many great exercises to do at home to maintain as well.

Expérience négative: Update: in response to feedback 1. I had advised I was moving 2. I had asked for a cancelation, not a freeze 3. I was not notified my account had become reactivated. I found out once the funds were removed from my account. 4. I was refused a refund by email and phone 5. At that point I was no longer interested in having contact and did not answer your calls. I had to move out of province and before leaving I advised them that I will no longer be living here and to cancel my account. It's been 2 months and they just took a month of services from my account, even though I don't live in the province and I can't use the credits, they refused to refund my money!! They want to suck 3 months of cash out of you regardless if you can use it. Unbelievable!!! Buyer beware!!! They are crooks! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO AUTODEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT!! Save your money, do stretches at home, you can achieve the same results. I do not recommend this type of business, find one that doesn't steal from clients. Also, ensure to read their waiver, you may want to reconsider this franchise.

Expérience fantastique: Happy I found StretchLab. Colin is great at what he does, and I’ve noticed my lower back pain starting to ease up. Definitely worth checking out if you have similar issues.

Expérience négative: I booked an appointment with a female to get stretched out. It took 2 weeks to get booked in. I took time off work and showed up for my appointment on time, where I found out she was not in, and they did not know when she would be back. No one called me to tell me she was not in, and they moved me to a male. No call to re book with a different female, no one called to asked if a man is okay when I clearly requested to be booked with a female. They offered me a free session for the trouble (ok) can I get a female today? (no) Next week on the days I'm off? (no) I was told they can book me in, in about 2 weeks (lol) I run my own company, when we can't make it to someone's appointment, or if something changes - I call to tell them we can not make it. This is horrible service. Great idea, but very poorly ran. If I did not show up for my appointment, I would be charged. Who is compensating me for my time that I took off work to show up for my appointment, when no communication or effort was had to reschedule me with the original person I booked with?

Expérience négative: At first I was excited to have a place to help with my conditioning. It was OK at first. Lindsay was a great therapist. Then Lindsay went on medical leave and I had to use who ever was available. The therapists I was able to book were less capable than her. They were unsure of things and asked me "what do I want" which defeated the purpose of going here for someone who could assess me and help me with my needs. My story is disapointing. When I signed on to use the Strechlab services, I told them I was reluctant to join as I traveled frequently. I didn't want to sign up for a service I wouldn't be around to use. I was assured that I could pause my membership if neccessary and would not lose any sessions I pay for. I paused my membership but they continued to charge me. Since I was busy, I did not think of this as I traveled. I saw Strechlab was still charging me and expressed my concern and after getting told they were going to cancel my sessions I paid for, they eventually agreed to alow me to keep my paid sessions and paused payments until I returned. This June, I was going to resume my membership as I had just returned from travels. I attempted to book a session, but Strechlab had locked me out of their booking system so I could not book. I called to book before another trip, but was unable to get the representative. I decided to just resume when I returned. While traveling I started receiving calls from Strechlabs demanding payment for the upcoming month. I was just going to resume when I returnd to town. The calls persisted and they turned threatening and they told me they were going to turn my account over to collections. This was especially offensive as it was only a couple days into the month and I was traveling. I am now getting repeated calls from Strechlabs and have decided not to use their services anymore because of their attitude towards their customers as well as their lack of therapists qualified or capable of providing quality services.

Expérience positive: Lindsay was my flexologist and she was very helpful with my session. I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago and she helped loosen the tight muscles and is starting my journey to recovery. Although I have not made a decision to join, Lindsay is a great flexologist and would definitely be seeing her again should I join.

Expérience fantastique: This place is amazing! A friend told me about the Stretch Lab after she went to a free 15 minute session. She raved about it so much that I decided to check it out for myself. And boy, am I ever glad I did! I was hooked after the very first stretch. I bought a 3 month package and have been going for one 50 minute session every week since. I'm now coming to the end of my second month now and I continue to look forward to my weekly appointments. My flexologist, Karen, is a true gem. She took the time to talk to me and hear my concerns. She is always able to pinpoint the exact areas that need attention and is a master at adapting stretches to meet my needs. I can honestly say I feel like a new person. I'm standing taller, have better posture, have increased mobility, less pain, and am sleeping better. I'm even motivated to begin exercising and have joined a gym.

Expérience fantastique: As a result of many years working on computers at a desk, every joint on the right hand side of my body ached. I have been to a chiropractor, physio and massage therapist, all who provided relief after numerous sessions. Last week I tried the 20 minute Stretch Lab demo in Calgary and had better results than any of the other therapy sessions. My ankle, knee, hip and neck are now free of any pain, my shoulder, elbow and wrist are about 60% better.. this sounds strange, but even my eyesight has improved. I look forward to my future sessions. VK
