Expérience fantastique: Love this place for many reasons, but what stands out is the attention to details especially the cleanliness.

Expérience négative: I visit Bridgewater from time to time and have enjoyed this gym very much. Although my experience today was not positive. I had on a long sleeve black shirt which fully covered me, when I finished my workout I took it off and had on a tank top which showed little to no stomach. I was quickly putting on another dry sweater but within a matter of maybe 3 seconds the lady at the front desk was SO QUICK to say are you going back in the gym? Because if you are you can’t wearing that tank. i literally had my sweater in my hands about to put it on and walk out the door to leave. I told her that I’ve been here several times before and seen MANY girls wearing MUCH less in the weight room.. her answer... well luckily high rise pants are in and we tell the girls to HIKE them up... overall.... very unprofessional... I could see if I was moving in the direction of the weight room then she would mention to me.. but literally yelling it across to the cubby’s for everyone to hear... maybe she was jealous ? Not sure. Won’t be returning either way due to this lady. Sadly.

Expérience fantastique: Was there with a friend for seniors day or whatever, we looked around nice. The steep stairs could be an issue, for some seniors. Never followed up on it was just looking.

Expérience négative: On August 20th of 2018, I went into this gym to possible join. I asked if they had the special on in which you do not have to pay the $50 membership fee ( scam) and they said no. I paid the fee and joined. 10 days later they had this special on and I of course asked for a refund. The answer being "NO". I carried on (not happy). Three weeks into working out almost everyday I forgot my towel. No problem, I thought they have towel service. I go to the front desk and ask for a towel, I am informed it is $3, sure I say I will bring it in when I go to my car. Nope not allowed, I had to go back up to the changing room get my keys, change my footwear, go out to the car get the $3 in the rain while I am all sweaty. I am not sure what they thought I would never come back to the Gym because of $3. This left a bad feeling, whenever I walked into the Gym. I found myself not going. I decided I would cancel my membership and sent an email asking what I needed to do. Two days later I get a reply, which happened to be the time they took out the monthly fee. The email said I had to go to the gym and sign a form. So a week later I go in and am informed that it takes 30 days for them to cancel a membership and that I will have to pay for another month or $50 for immediate cancellation( which is more than the monthly membership. Very curious as to why I was not informed of this 30 days in the email. I guess it would not have mattered since the return email did not give me the time(30 days) anyways. I have belonged to gyms my whole life and actual worked in several and have never had such poor service. This gym does not care about it members.

Expérience négative: Was fine until you want to cancel a membership. Was told membership was cancelled then two months later get a phone call stating my account is -140$ and there is a $50 cancellation fee. Even after speaking to them saying that I was told it was cancelled when I called previously (2 months ago) they ‘Didnt know who I called because their employees know’ obviously not. Would not reccommend to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: Very friendly atmosphere with top of the line equipment.

Expérience négative: They are crooks...when you cancel...they will charge two more months! There are hidden fees all over the place with this company including a start up and cancel fee they don't tell you about when you sign up! My opinion...find another gym...your pocket book will thank you!

Expérience négative: It's great and all until they charge you $134 due to 2 missed payments and then fail to notify you until two months later. They also don't tell you about the $50 PLUS TAX fee to close the account or that you will have to pay your next months fee to cancel. If you're on a corporate rate, you might also want to confirm the amount you're being charged. They put the rate up without notifying you. Avoid this place.

Expérience négative: Steam room is useless. Only works half the time. The only reason we signed up was for the steam room ....when it doesn't work (times over a week) they just expect the clientele to pay for it anyways.....

Expérience fantastique: It's a comfortable safe environment to work out. Any age any size, all are welcomed.

Expérience fantastique: The staff knows their stuff. Unilateral machines are great. Two Squat rack plus a smith machine, I rarely have to wait for equipment. The free weight section is a bit cramped, but most times throughout the day it's not a high traffic area, so it's manageable. Steam room and massage chairs available for use, and supplement king on site with great prices. They do not have a dip belt on site, but you can bring your own. Dumbells go up to 200.

Expérience fantastique: Family owned with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This place has all the equipment you need for a great workout.
