Hi Rylana, We wanted to follow up regarding your key fob access. You are no longer on the transfer list, so your fob has been unblocked, and you can now access the gym as usual. If you have moved to the area permanently and Sylvan Lake will be your new home club, Anytime Fitness corporate policies require that members transfer based on their club usage. Depending on the percentage of your visits over the last 60 days, a transfer may be required in the future. If that happens, we will ensure you receive the lowest possible rate available from Anytime Fitness corporate at that time. Regarding your concern about members not wiping down equipment, we take cleanliness very seriously. We will review security footage and send appropriate policy reminders to ensure all members are following club guidelines.
