Expérience négative: Well, i would be rating 5 star because this place was good, up until i received a email regarding me letting a active membership card holder in the gym after there card has stopped working and the scanner would not even recognize it. i got a intimidating email saying this is my last warning in all bold and capital letters, i dont think this is anyway to treat people as i have been paying and causing no issues and i was just trying to be nice to somebody who is also paying, what am i supposed to do tell the guy to go away and there is no staff there to help at the time of morning i was there. I have canceled 2 memberships because of this, this place needs to give people help if they are having issues with their card, the kiosk was absolutely no help saying to see an associate.

Expérience négative: Accidentally scanned my card but didnt go in and now i have to wait 30 minutes to re-enter?? What is this rule?! What if someone forgets something in the car (i.e headphones, phone, wallet)? People are just expected to wait 30 minutes in the cold?! Perhaps 10 minutes or so makes more sense but 30?!

Expérience fantastique: Hear up! The wheelchair washrooms that get used while regular men and women washrooms are being cleaned, they are always disgusting, great gym and great people but are they allowed to get cleaned atleast once a week, Thanks

Expérience négative: Gym equipment is very outdated especially the ellipticals. For a new gym you would expect new equipment.

Expérience fantastique: This location is well maintained since opening. I have always seen staff working hard . Sonam has helped me multiple times to make sure i always have good experience.

Expérience positive: Did the cleaning schedule change? I used to always tell people how clean this gym was, especially compared to the Hespeler road location but the last few times I have been here it has been very dirty. Used to see the staff cleaning constantly, squat platforms in black card area are very dirty and last time there was dirt all over the mats.

Expérience positive: This Fit4Less location is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. They have a massive black fitness area that stands out compared to other gyms. The space itself is bigger, and the private areas for showering and changing are a great touch that adds to the overall experience. Even during its busiest times, it’s easy to find at least one machine available, which makes it super convenient for a workout without interruptions. Overall, this is a fantastic location to get your fitness routine in. For the price you’re paying I don’t see you getting better than this.

Expérience fantastique: I joined this location about a year ago. I have found it to be well kept, the space is open and has a great layout. The staff is always very helpful I have dealt with Marin and she is knowledgeable, quick to respond and is such a pleasure. I have nothing but great things to say.

Expérience fantastique: New equipment , clean gym, would like to see larger lockers with hooks so I can hang and lock my kit. Showers open earlier would be great, have members sign a waiver ? For the price and cleanliness it’s better than LA fitness for half the price.

Expérience positive: The showers are only open when staff is on site. This is fair, it's a safety thing. If you are planning an early morning workout before work, know that you won't have access to the showers. Now that it's winter time, it's getting obvious that people don't follow the no outdoor shoes rule. The change room floors are filthy, the cardio machines are filthy and the stretch areas are...filthy. This is not a very impressive gym to me. I do appreciate how much space in between the machines are. It was really really easy to get a membership. It's in a convenient location.

Expérience fantastique: After using Mississauga fit4less’, I can tell you that this gym was a beaut. I spent 4 months here. Huge gym, spotless. The crowding is minimal and the gym culture is proper here. Ppl put away and wipe down their machines and display proper etiquette. The massage beds are worth the price alone. The staff were also top notch. Lots of parking.

Expérience négative: 0 stars! paid for membership and the card stoped working no manager to speak with on site to fix the issue, you can let anyone use the black card but you must be working out alone only 1 person per use sketchy marketing tactics no family membership programs staff is very unprofessional when dealing with customers.

Expérience positive: There's a few rules at this gym. Don't drop your weights, no taking pictures, clean your machines. At any given time all 3 of these things are happening. No one implements the rules so you don't have to follow them. People are also just rude. There is often garbage in the toilet and I've had someone straight up run into me while I was using a machine more than once and had to stop what I was doing until they moved along.

Expérience négative: Wanted to try a session with hubby before we switch from our current gym. They obviously have NO interest in getting new clients. We were told we would have to wait till the very end of August to try, or spend $20 each. Ridiculous.! Oh well.. We will just stay where we are.

Expérience fantastique: Recently joined the new Fit4Less on Franklin Blvd. I have been to many gyms but this is by far the nicest! The workers during the weekday (Josh and Lucy) as well as the weekend staff whose names I am not aware of work tirelessly to keep the facility clean. Whether it involves wiping down equipment or stacking plates, they help keep the gym immaculate. I have been recommending this new gym to many people because I know they will be more than satisfied .

Expérience négative: First impressions of the new south Cambridge location, Very Spacious and clean, Lots of Equipment with a large Black card member section. This location has a really weird footprint design. The front section where the lockers are , large waste of space. the Showers and change rooms are located separately from the bathrooms near the front and change rooms have no mirrors. I thought it would be like the Hespeler Rd location.

Expérience positive: The gym for being new obviously is very clean and good don’t get me wrong. It seems like you can never really find a staff lately. I think they’re always on the floor cleaning from the night before so it’s kind of hard to ask questions without wasting a lot of attention to find somebody. And to the females who like to go to the gym before Work and like to get ready before work it’s very uncomfortable, you have to take a shower basically get dressed inside the shower unless you wanna walk in your towel to a change room, so your feet are wet when you’re trying to put your shoes on and then you still have to walk with your wet hair either Back home to finish getting ready or into the washroom where I assume you’ll be able to finish getting dressed. It’s unfortunate that whoever set this up did it this way, but it is a little bit of an annoyance if you’re one of those people other than that, the machines are really good. Some of them are too close together, but you got gave 2 of each so it’s really cool. I give it three stars mostly because of the shower and the changing situation. It’s just very uncomfortable.

Expérience fantastique: My experience at the newly opened Fit4Less was fantastic! The abundance of machines ensured I never had to wait for my turn, and the friendly staff were always on hand to assist with any questions or concerns. It's definitely become my go to spot for a great workout.

Expérience fantastique: Super clean gym with all the right equipment and plenty of it too. The change room and shower are in 2 separate rooms and I could see that being a problem for many people. Overall the gym is 10/10.

Expérience négative: Who designed the change rooms and bathroom? The single worst design of any gym I’ve ever been to. Horrible and stupid. Ypu have to get unchanged, walk with towel in to another room to shower, then walk to a bathroom to brush your teeth. The dumbest set up ever

Expérience fantastique: This place is HUGE! The black card area alone has 6 squat racks, then there's the rest of the gym. The manager is super nice too and wants to help. Great place.
