Expérience fantastique: I genuinely enjoy this gym. Although due to my work and life schedule I rarely see the staff, I've only had positive interactions with the majority of them. When I've had technical issues they were helpful and understanding. The gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, and the variety of equipment they've been able to add over the last year is impressive! Overall I've always found it to be a positive atmosphere to work out in. Shoutout to Derek and Megan for great cleaning and friendly chats in the evening

Expérience fantastique: This gym is awesome. It's always clean and tidy. I have yet to have a bad experience with the people in the gym itself. Lots of versatile gym equipment for a fairly reasonable price. I like that you can go almost anytime (some restrictions but very limited). FREE water at the desk which is amazing because i forget to bring enough water. Pretty easy to navigate the door and overall i feel comfortable working out there even as a teen who just started working out recently.

Expérience positive: world class equipment, we were surprised to see Eleiko lifting equipment, concept 2 and rogue equipment. top notch! Decent size facility. some equipment is crowded but that will come with time. was nice to be able to workout over our vacation with my parents who live in the area. will be back for our yearly trip, see you next year!

Expérience fantastique: I just visited the place and equipments are in perfect conditions and there washrooms are clean and tidy, one can have a shower after intense workout. Time flexibility allows you to do exercise as per your ease.

Expérience fantastique: I wish I joined a long time ago! I highly recommend using the personal trainers to at least get you started on the right program for your needs. Ive been able to cut back on my blood pressure medication by 75% in just 5 months. Ive also lost 17 pounds so far, feel great, and in the best shape of my life.
