Expérience fantastique: I’ve only been a few times now and I love it. It’s great for someone who’s nervous about working out around others like me. We all starts our work out journey somewhere and we all feel different about our bodies and especially how they move but I feel genuinely really comfortable here especially when I’m capable for going in at 3am hah! It’s flexible and easy to explore if you feel nervous about people. Tho the staff is like super friendly honestly so don’t be shy.

Expérience positive: Good selection of equipment, clean facility, however the showers are colder than the rec centre is.

Expérience fantastique: I have a membership back home and I'm in town visiting family. I was happy to see that there is a anytime here in Quesnel and really happy with the service, the manager Lori was awesome and we had a great chat. I bought a tanktop because it's crazy hot here and was happy to hear that she requested colour schemes that she knew men would like. Will be going tomorrow too.

Expérience fantastique: Well seeing as I had never stepped foot in a gym. I am glad I came to this one. I Immediately felt welcomed, and staff are awesome. MY personal trainer was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. That helped take all my anxiety away. I look forward to many days in this gym.

Expérience négative: It's a good place to work out, but if you ever want to cancel your membership, you really have to jump through hoops. Tried cancelling my membership months ago, in July 2022, and continued to get charged into the beginning of January 2023! Each time I would call or visit in person to get this issue resolved, I would get a completely different story from each person, and nobody took me seriously or resolved the issue. It's stressful and frustrating to be told one thing, that your account has been cancelled and you will no longer be getting charged, then continue to have hundreds of dollars getting taken from your account, and have nobody do anything about it. Finally got lucky and went to speak to the manager again after payment was taken again in January, and she was the original person I spoke to about resolving the issue; she was finally able to fix it all, refund me for what they wrongfully took from my account, and fully cancel my membership (for the 3rd time ). At least it's over with. If you want a gym membership without the headache that comes along if you ever decide to cancel your membership, I don't recommend Anytime Fitness Quesnel.

Expérience négative: Update: Had to cancel membership as I moved out of town. As per their cancellation policy they will charge you at least twice in 30 days of putting the membership for cancellation. So basically I'll have to shell out roughly $50 for cancellation. It was in the fine print, I didn't notice but still disappointed to see how anytime fitness gets you. All this for being a loyal customer of theirs. Disappointed to say the least. I gotta give kudos to the owner for this location. I haven't had a single issue so far with them. Always there to make sure the facility is in tip top condition and they always try to add or do more for the gym. I'm moving out of this city and will surely miss the hospitality. Keep up the great work guys!

Expérience fantastique: The staff at anytime fitness are absolutely outstanding, You can tell that they genuinely care for your goals and appreciate every person that walks through that door. The gym is extremely well organized and clean, and offers a variety of different equipment to accommodate anyone’s style of workout, plus with the 24hr pass they also accommodate for shift workers crazy schedules! 10/5 stars for me!
