Expérience fantastique: Where to start? Roughly a year ago on Instagram, I saw everyone frequenting Alpha Athletika. I decided to sign up and never looked back. This was the best decision I took in my life. After spiraling out of control with food and not taking care of my overall health, Alpha athletika literally saved my life. The whole team has nothing but supportive Alessandro, Damian, and Francis! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE GYM AS WELL AS THE TEAM!

Expérience fantastique: I thought CrossFit was just for people who like throwing tires and eat nothing but barbells. I don't know about the alpha fit classes, but the bootcamp is really for all fitness levels even if the heaviest thing you lift is your fork. The trainers are a riot. One is so funny he makes you forget gym is pain, while the other one makes you feel like you finally made your dad proud. More importantly, it's one of the rare places that make it easy to want to go back.

Expérience fantastique: Starting from the owners and trickling down to the staff and the current members, everyone just seems to genuinely CARE. We all have different fitness goals, and Alpha caters to that. They are just happy that you are trying, and that is what is celebrated each and every day there. You are supported whether you're trying to make serious weightlifting gains or trying to get your first pull up. It's impossible to feel alienated here.

I feel blessed to be part of that beautiful community and I encourage you to give it a try !

For a first timer like myself, Gianluca made it very motivating and adapted the exercises to my level. He believes in his participants and challenges them beyond their comfort level to achieve standards they thought they would not achieve. I highly recommend taking a class with him. Expérience fantastique: Not only a gym, it's first and foremost a community! The group classes are fun but more importantly, adaptable to whatever level of fitness. The coaches are certified, knowledgable and are actually there to help you achieve your goals - not to tell you to run on a treadmill and do a couple of bicep curls! Alpha Athletika and it's members are welcoming, supportive and encouraging! You are not an anonymous member when you come here!

They have an extremely friendly atmosphere along with amazing staff and members. If you’re looking for the perfect workout environment with quality trainers to help you achieve and crush your goals, look no further. I always look forward to walking through the doors and feel even better and fulfilled when I leave. Simply said, nothing but memorable experiences here and would highly recommend Alpha whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran to the gym.

Les entraînements sont diversifiés et permettent de travailler plusieurs mouvements différents tout en apprenant la base comme il faut !

Expérience fantastique: 18 year gym rat here ‍♀️ and there is no better community and gym than Alpha. Great combination of group classes (CrossFit, Bootcamp, HIIT, Olympic weight lifting) & personal trainers. This is the gym where your trainer/ coach cares about what you are doing and how you are doing it! They also offer open gym so if you want to train on your own they have all the functional equipment you need. Definitely try it out!
