The quality of the equipment is top-notch—everything is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out to cater to all types of workouts, from weightlifting to cardio and functional training. What sets this gym apart, though, is the incredible sense of community. The staff and members are so welcoming and encouraging that you immediately feel part of a family. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, there's always someone ready to cheer you on. Lastly, the cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. The team clearly takes hygiene seriously, with regular cleaning of equipment and spotless locker rooms. It's such a relief to work out in an inspiring and well-kept space. If you're looking for a gym that checks every box—equipment, community, and cleanliness—Lionheart Fitness is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: What an incredibly friendly vibe, community environment here! I saw the gym before the new owners bought it and love all the incredible improvements they have made! So bright, spacious, friendly, and with a non-intimidating environment for people like me getting in/back into a healthy exercise routine! This place is a Gem of a gym!!!

It's bright, spacious, large, has great equipment, and every member I have met has been awesome! Loads of equipment, so we've never had to wait! The personal trainers here are friendly, personable and great!

If your bit stuck somewhere with mindless thought of yourself body shaming through yourself in mirrors. You are not the only person that has had or having the problem. Keep the consistency of getting to the gym and make each day worth your time and add on. Somewhere along yourself will know better than I do this not just for my health. It's something we all need. Expérience fantastique: I am someone that has struggled with anxiety and gyms for so long. Over 10 years. I never stuck with a place before. This gym is the most consistent I've ever been with. The people are really friendly here. Every person I've talked to has been friendly and said hello when you get the chance. The gym is super clean. I'm also a weirdo, but I like that you get your own cloth and spray bottle to wipe down the machine with you(that you have to return). The areas of the gym are well laid out and easy to use. It is open 24 hours with a membership, so you can come when you please. This is a community feeling gym. No complaints about it. If you've got that anxiety about the gym and are looking for a spot, I'd give this place a try. It's been so good for my mental health and well being.

I met Max when I initially signed up at the previous gym and he was always attentive, kind, and knowledgable in the facilities. Upon reopening Lionheart fitness, I was given a thorough tour of the facilities and I am so happy to be back. It is a clean, well laid out environment where members respect each others space. As a woman, I can appreciate a gym where I feel comfortable accessing all areas of the gym without feeling intimidated, unwelcome, or uncomfortable. This is more than a gym, it’s a community and it’s the least pretentious gym environment I’ve been a member at, and I am so grateful for that!

Expérience fantastique: Great layout and variety of equipment! Spacious, lots of room to move whether you want to lift, use cardio, or go in the studio to stretch or punch the boxing bag. The 24 hour access is a game changer for me with my busy schedule.

The gym has a very open concept to it as the front doors lift up, giving it that outdoor indoor feel. The upstairs mezzanine is a great place to do some stretching and aerobic activity. Last but not least and probably most importantly, the gym has a true community feel to it.
