My stretch plan was tailored to my needs and goals, and once I was done, Keshia explained the several package options for future sessions. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely return. Health insurance companies should really consider covering this practice, as it’s just as beneficial as other massage, chiropractic or physiotherapy.

Expérience fantastique: I wasn't sure what to expect at the demo session and found it to be something between physio and massage therapies. Was impressed at how deep the stretches got, and how afterwards i felt as relaxed and "pulled out" as I do after a hot soak or massage. But most startling was that right after I noticed my chronic knee pain had dissipated, because the tight muscles causing misalignment got pulled out as needed. Environment was clean and professional. It seems like a good complement to other therapies and felt pretty good.

Expérience fantastique: Stretch Lab has been a huge benefit to me. I'd always suffered from stiff hip flexors which limited my walking speed. My mobility had gotten really bad, but I thought this was just a symptom of aging. It was a struggle to get down to or off the floor. Not now. My legs are looser, my strides longer, and I can get down and off the floor with ease. Thanks Evan and Stretch Lab.
