He will ensure your technique is correct and does not make it feel intimidating. Best part is how you feel when you walk out the door! If we could take a pill that makes us feel this good we would all take it! Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: This gym is definitely my happy place. With all the new and top equipment, it might be the cleanest gym in the Saanich community. The staff are amazing and friendly, especially Fynn, who is the manager and personal trainer here. He ensures the gym remains spotless and organized, while offering professional and knowledgeable support to members. The members here are also great! Highly recommend this place!

Expérience fantastique: Seriously recommend Anytime Fitness on Cordova Bay in the Haro Centre. It's clean, the staff is sweet, and there's a strong selection of equipment. And, I swear, everyone who goes there is nice. It's hard to find but worth the effort. Take Cordova Bay South, turn left just after the small park on right, turn left into the Haro shopping centre (hidden behind the trees) and, ta-da, it's on your right.

Expérience fantastique: I was the second member of this gym when it opened in 2023. Im in my 60s now and have worked out since I was 18. This is my favorite gym in my 40+ years of weight training. It is well equipped, spacious and the staff is friendly but not obtrusive. I have worked out at gyms that have a lot of young men banging weights around and one of the things I love about this facility is that there are people of ALL AGES and everyone appears to be quietly going about their business of getting fit. Even at peak times, there are no (or minimal) waits for the weights! I've been at many gyms where you have to constantly ask how many sets people have left on a machine and that hasnt happened at all at Anytime Fitness Cordova Bay. Fynn is exceptional in his commitment to looking after the cleanliness of the gym and has been open to my suggestions, and I can't say enough good things about this gym!

Expérience fantastique: It’s only been a few weeks but the gym is clean and well equipped. I participated in one of the WORX classes and it was great to have small group training. The trainer assisted and adapted the circuit to the needs of each of us if there were any limitations or need for technical changes. It was nice to see they interact and care about your progress. The gym amenities are also great!

Special shout out to trainer Sam who brings a wonderful energy and the rest of the staff who make it an anxiety free gym experience. Truly so grateful for this!

Expérience positive: Anytime Fitness Cordova Bay location is one of the best places in Victoria to workout in my opinion. The demographic that comes to the gym puts thier heads down and get the job done. Clients are extremely motivated and rarely will there ever be someone on their phone or taking selfies. Everyone is respectful and courteous. Really enjoy this location out of most other gyms ive been with over the last 20 years in Victoria.

Expérience fantastique: I've actually been to 5 or 6 anytime fitness facilities in Victoria and this one is my favorite. Parking is free. Machines are all clean and new. I worked out often in the middle of the night (I'm a nurse working night shifts) and felt very safe here. Would recommend

Expérience fantastique: A bright airy clean gym with a wide selection of workout equipment. Very big but seldom crowded. Extra clean. I have been to a number of Anytime Fitness gyms in North America and Hawaii. This place is the best. Family owned/operated and it shows.

I do personal training with Frankee Bencher 3 days a week and she is incredible, supportive, and very easy to work with. I’m making great progress with her and I feel encouraged every step of the way. Great cheerleader to have!

Expérience fantastique: Joined this Gym shortly after they opened. Honestly the best gym I've been to, great layout, always equipment available (in my experience. I'm a free-weight/bench/rack user so machines aren't important to me.) At its busiest I've never found this gym cramped and the functional strength equipment is on par with private studios which is rare. Definitely recommend.

They have put a lot of thought into the layout of the gym and it shows. Even the little detail of providing sanitizer and cloths to wipe down the machines after you use them is really appreciated.
