He has learned and grown so much with the guidance and care from the Masters and Instructors. We really appreciate the kindness and flexibility from everyone working at Mudo and highly recommend both their Martial Arts classes and After-school care program!

Expérience fantastique: Our kids have been at Mudo for about 18 months now. They love it! Yesterday was my niece's birthday- instead of a family dinner she chose to go to taekwondo. They knew and everyone sang. The team at Mudo also bought cupcakes for her to share with her classmates. Super thoughtful and what an amazing team of mentors for our children to have. We are beyond grateful!

They make taekwondo fun for the kids while still teaching them respect and the techniques necessary to be successful. My two kids take Judo class here and I can see their grow and their friendly way to their friends. I can see they gain more confident and how they want to protect themselves and family. My kids enjoy taking class here and this is a great place for them to make friends and build their confidence.

I’m in the best shape of my life due to tkb fitness and have noticed such a change in my children since attending there! People ask if I’m a fitness instructor or train professionally and it’s all because of master John! I have more energy and have lost over 20lbs while gaining lean muscle! My sister and her boyfriend train 3 hours a day at other gyms and my body is comparable to theirs! I am so happy and will never stop working out at Mudo academy! Good music, good people, amazing trainers! Lots of one on one and amazing recipes! And at an amazing price! Have met amazing friends in every culture! My journey with them is nothing short of amazing and you can feel the love and sense family and community and passion to be strong and fit the second you walk through the door! Expérience fantastique: The owner Master John is a family man and dedicated Tao Kwan Do master. This is a family run businesses with a strong sense of community. The programs are affordable and have lots of different times to accommodate kids. They offer Judo. Both my kids go to Judo and I love how patient Sensei Fardin is with the kids.

Expérience fantastique: I am a mom of two (5 and 3). Summer came and I was so ready to make my body defined! I've experienced a number of different exercising programs (yoga, pilates, flying yoga, hot yoga personal training, cycling and boot camps...) and now that I am in TKBoxing class, I can honestly say that this is best experience I've had. John is a such dedicated instructor who creates enjoyable atmosphere. Is is very challenging , which I was looking for but mostly, in fun way. It is definately worth of paying (price is very reasonable). Family style atmosphere definitely makes everyone welcomed and encouraged. Everyday, I cant wait to go to the class and burn all the calories! It has been only two months and I already see the results. (Didnt even cut on what I usually eat; I should though) I am so happy that I found this place.
