Expérience fantastique: Je tiens à souligner que mon expérience à 24 Fit n a pas de limite , j ai vécu et je vis des moments et des entraînements super le fun . Mes coachs et spécialement Sandra et Mehdi sont à la hauteur . Ils nous suivent à la lettre . On fait beaucoup d activités et j ai eu l’ occasion de côtoyer du beau monde avec qui j ai une affinité formidable. J ai eu l ‘ occasion d atteindre mes objectifs et je continue à le faire avec l’ aide de mes deux coachs . Ça fait 5 ans que je suis à 24fit et je compte rester car je m ‘ épanouie tellement physiquement et psychologiquement . Alors Go ! venez nous voir et vous inscrire et vivre l’aventure avec nous .

Everyone is encouraging and supportive, and that's exactly what you need to succeed in your goals. Yes, you have to put your efforts also but they are there to guide you along the way. Expérience négative: Sharing my story so that others are aware.. I started their unrealistic challenge - lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks this year and I actually lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks! Not thanks to them, but thanks to me. The first week I was not losing much because their program does not work. I went through extreme steps to lose the weight, I had to train twice (of more) a day, to cut most meals which of course is totally unhealthy but which I kept doing because I really wanted to win my challenge. I want to be clear on this, their fitness plan - regular exercise + diet plan and monitoring your weight DO NOT work for 6 weeks, BUT it will certainly work on the long term. So if you are considering to enter the challenge, DON'T! If you want to go train with them on a long term basis then they might actually help you. It's not all black, Mehdi and Sandra are very nice and friendly people. But their main goal is to make money. The cycle is - pay & get into the challenge, lose the challenge, then keep going to the classes & pay more & more. Well it is business right? I was moving the week of my final weighing. And I informed the coach that I would come two days after which he said ok to. But unfortunately I had work commitments for which I could not go to the fitness class on that day, but went on the NEXT day. IT WAS THE SAME WEEK - JUST THE NEXT DAY. Sandra checked and saw that I had lost 20 pounds and she flatly refused to refund me my money, despite me losing the required weight to win the challenge. So yes I lost 20 pounds in 6 WEEKS but I also lost $459. I guess being nice and all is just an act from them.. Since I moved further from Laval it would have been impossible for me to continue the classes and I did not want to have anything to do with them anyway, cause despite I achieved my goal, the coaches were only interested in keeping the money. I hope this review helps other women who are desperate to lose weight, there is no short way to do so, you need to be constant and do not get scammed by fake ads/challenges.

Expérience fantastique: J’ai commencer en Octobre 2022 avec 24 Fit Laval, je cherchais un endroit près de ma demeure et j’ai finalement tombé sur cette belle équipe! Je suis toujours là et j’adore les cours et l’esprit d’équipe c’est comme une petite communauté qui s’encourage !!!! Sandra la coach !!!! Dynamique pleine d’énergie travaille très fort pour offrir aux clients l’opportunité du lundi au Samedi de pouvoir s’entraîner. Merci love 24 Fit Laval

Expérience fantastique: I call this gym my happy place! I strated with 24fit laval in 2017 and it literally changed my whole life style. I loved the group workouts, all the support I received from the coaches and the weekly follow ups. I lost 34 pounds with 24fit and never gained them back!

There are all types of people working out and that's what makes it fun, you won't feel uncomfortable because most people are friendly and welcoming. You get to workout every part of your body. They are open 6 days a week. Definitely recommend it.
