REPS 24 Training Fitness & Tanning

Expérience positive: Want a nice spot to workout? REPS is a great spot in the Woodstock area to get a workout in. I've never felt like there were too many people at one time, I've bought some good quality shirts from here. I haven't tried tanning. I bought a year long membership for my first time in. I can see myself continuing past my year. Would recommend. Hardcore gym users may find some machines they like not here, or some huge changing room. In that area, I'd say it is lacking but ultimately you can get a pump on here and cleaned up afterwards. They also have a little shop, can't comment on the prices of their pre workout, protein or drinks as I haven't bought anything like that yet.

Expérience fantastique: Was only in town for a short visit, but greatly enjoyed REPS and using the amenities! Nancy was awesome and very welcoming as well.

On vacation at Jelleystone Park with the family and stopped in to REPS ( 8 km from campground ) to get a day pass while family was still asleep ( only 10 bucks which is awesome! ) and they have everything you need to get a great workout in! Along with any machine you need , it is very clean and organized :) Staff were excellent ! There is also a heavy bag and the best part for me was supplements available to buy at the check in/check out desk!!! Here for 6 more days and ill be back ! Highly recommend this gym to locals or people camping near or passing through.

Expérience positive: Members only with faux key & excellent hrs of operation.Nice variety of machines & weights. Clean facility with no workout odors. Only negative is it takes way to long for machines to get fixed that are out of order.

Expérience positive: Decent gym setup. But washrooms not being cleaned regularly by staff. Toilet not being cleaned for many days in a row.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome gym! They have lots of equipment and space, the staff is always super nice & helpful, and the 24/7 access for members is great! The gym & changing rooms are always clean, this is a great place to train & I would recommend it to anyone in the area, or to anyone just passing through.

Expérience fantastique: Monday/Wednesday there is a free class for first responders. This alone sets them miles apart from the competition. Kudos to the Reps team for the standard and quality of equipment and service.

Expérience fantastique: I've only came here couple of times while I was in Woodstock visiting just to do if you quick workouts but I must say this is an excellent Jim the staff were very friendly the equipment is really up to date everything here is just askland I love the way they have everything set up they are very knowledgeable about helping you personal training or any other type of tips that involve fitness these guys are really good at what they do and this gym is really clean the equipments clean the locker rooms are clean the bathrooms are clean everything about this place is very well organised excellent location highly recommended for anybody who wants to join the gym in a place that has a good atmosphere with people who know what you're doing and can help them along the way thank you so much for everything can't wait to stop in and see your facility again soon

Expérience positive: Great place considering the other options, and very affordable. However, the place is outgrowing itself. And with a whole area being dedicated for group lessons, they've cluttered all the equipment into one area.
