I especially like the variation of workouts that are always intense but enjoyable, partially due to their playlists;) My year has started off great because of my decision to join F45! Expérience négative: The f45 program is good. But the studio is not the best managed. Fewer batch timings as there are not many users. Found the owner bit greedy about money. Example - 1. There is f45 challenge. In my previous studio we had free inbody scans during that. I assumed the same. After workout I inquired. He said lets do it. (Generally it is not recommended to be done after workout for skewed results) but he said lets do it and next time do it after workout. Aftervtge scan he informed me about $25 charge. Otherwise I would have not done and billed me without my consent. 2. I wanted to cancel. He was on vacation. I was billed for two weeks. And he only refunded one week. If he had told me earlier, I would have used the atudio for one more week

Expérience fantastique: I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing this Facility is. The staff and the owners are some of the most motivational and hardworking trainers you could ask for! Always there and ready to motivate you and drive you when you feel like you’re about to give up! I love how every day I walk in I’m always welcomed like family, It’s great especially when it’s a Monday morning and all you wanna do is just stay in bed! Apart from the staff being amazing the level of cleanliness within is incomparable! It makes me feel safe knowing I’m going in to workout and not having to worry about whether the machines are dirty or if they’ve been maintained well! All I can say is that this is by far one of my favourite places to be and I guarantee it’ll be yours too!

So, making the switch should be a no-brainer if you value efficiency in your fitness routine. The Consumers Road location is fantastic. Not only is it conveniently located right off the highway, it's home to a dedicated group of trainers. Their positivity is something that pulls you to the studio, and their constant motivation and interest in your goals is what helps you push yourself to the max during each workout.

They always challenge you with progressions and give modifications when needed. After feeling a bit of a workout plateau, I joined F45 and it most definitely sparked my motivation again

All you have to do is show up and you'll be working hard on your way to a healthy routine. Expérience fantastique: If you’re looking for a supportive fitness environment with state of the art equipment and encouraging, knowledgeable trainers, look no further! This gym has it all. You’re greeted by the trainers and owners as you walk in and immediately made to feel welcome. The trainers know how to motivate you but just as important, know when to pull back. I have back issues and the trainers happily show me how to modify exercises to so as not to injure my back. I love the F45 workout model but it’s the people at this gym that make the difference. They say they are not just a gym but rather a community and it’s true. I actually look forward to going to the gym, working out and seeing everyone.
