Expérience fantastique: Stephen est un excellent coach et est extrêmement professionnel! Il a une approche ludique et sait comment s'y prendre surtout si vous êtes novice au Muay Thai. Vous ne vous sentirez jamais juger et il a une très bonne méthode d'apprentissage ainsi qu'énormément de respect envers les élèves. Les groupes sont très restreints (max 8 personnes) donc on ne se sent pas intimidé et il donne vraiment de son temps pour bien expliquer ce qu'il inculque. Les séances sont intenses et on peut concrètement voir le fruit des efforts au bout de quelques mois tout aussi bien sur le plan physique que mental. Autres très gros points positifs sont l'ambiance et la propreté, c'est un des gyms d'arts martiaux les plus propres où j'ai été. Je recommande vivement son gym!

The intimate number of students makes a world of difference in your own progression; I've improved so much in the last 3 weeks and that's all thanks to Stephen and the work he does. Expérience fantastique: Mon fiancé et moi nous sommes procuré une passe de 10 cours privés et nous venons de renouveler pour un autre 10 cours tellement que Coach Stephen rend l’expérience si passionnante. On ne se voit pas arrêter!! Initialement nous avions l’intention d’y aller une fois par semaine et nous avons vite changé d’idée. En y allant 2x semaine, la passe nous dure un peu plus d’un mois mais ça vaut chaque sous!! Coach Stephen rend les sessions agréables et productives. Il est très patient, calme, compétent et très bien instruit. Il explique très clairement la technique et apporte des corrections précises et encourageantes. Recommandé à 120% femmes ou hommes, adultes ou enfants. Le gym est propre, bien entretenu et nettoyé regulièrement.
