Expérience négative: Es ist schade wenn man bereit ist das Geld zu zahlen und die Anmeldung mit dem App nich funktioniert. Ebenfalls ist keine Hilfe verfügbar und das Telefon ist unbeantwortet. Enttäuschend und sehr traurig. Werde es hier auf jeden Fall nicht mehr versuchen. Hatte in anderen Zentern weitaus bessere Erfahrungen.

Expérience fantastique: We love this gym! We visit family in the area and we were very happy to find a local gym. Big space, tons of equipment, and not busy on our two visits.

Expérience positive: This facility uses a complicated online login system that requires the setup of NFC on your phone. There is no assistance available if you run into issues, so you're on your own to figure it out once you pay. The equipment is average quality and clean enough for a small town gym with a small budget. You'll find all the standard pieces of equipment you would expect from a small gym. The price point of $10 for a single day drop-in is comparable to other gyms I've visited.

Expérience positive: Decent little facility for a small town! The equipment is good and 24/7 access is great. It could use a boot rack to tidy up the entrances. It also stinks during the busy hours; needs better ventilation.

Expérience fantastique: I'm working out of town. I needed a gym. Sparwood is hilariously small. The community fitness connection is the go to. The gym is somewhat broken into sections, dumbbell and easy cable exercises, a cardio area, and lately the bench and rack areas. Is 24hrs, easy app entry. The best part is weekends are pretty much dead, sometimes I'm the only one there. And they have a really great selection of equipment. Dumbbells don't have duplicates, one can usually manage. The change room is quite small at times. And people love leaving gym bags on the bench which is small. I just move them to the floor. It has wifi and I think Spotify is on the wall. Parking is reasonable. The price is also good for the area and equipment. People are all very nice and just there to get the job done. They have some teens doing lots of texts sets, you can work around them, lol.

Expérience fantastique: Overview I travel quite a bit for work but also have been training regularly...so I know what entails a good gym! This is a great place to work out while on work trips and you can't make it to your normal workout joint. Equipment Great selection of free weights and machines. For the gym connoisseurs, it is a bit cramped but you won't feel it too much. 2 Smith-type squat racks, 1 free squat rack, incline bench and flat bench. Many machines for isolation exercises. Leg press and hack squat machine as well. Also a plethora of cardio machines. Cleanliness Very clean, and many spray bottles ans wipe down towels available. Did not use washroom or change room so I cannot comment. Hours 24/7! Ease of parking Don't park on the same side, park across the street 10m away so no risk of being towed as they are next to a body shop and some spots are shared. Access The process is a bit convoluted as you have to download 2 apps. 1 for the membership and 1 for the door. Once you have a membership you go onto the door app and it should load. For those that are not very technical you will have a bit of a hard time. Tech savvy peeps should have minimal issues. May need some tech support from your buddies if you are older. Once it starts working the apps work well. Food/Drinks No vendor or machines on site, only a water fountain. BYO sport drink.

Expérience positive: Great members and equipment is decent. However, I had a very poor experience with the business and their fob system. They very quickly blame the members for their poor system and they have zero tolerance or understanding with the members that pay for the place to be open. I’m glad I only passed through for a short work trip, because I would be very disappointed and dissatisfied with the only fitness facility in town getting away with how they treat their members. Volunteer or not, be a human being and develop better relationships, please.

Expérience fantastique: I travel around Alberta regularly and I have to say the owner(s) of this gym do an amazing job ensuring around the clock accessibility. There's no membership that will get you into a gym all over alberta, but if your in the Crowsnest Pass area this is the spot. Well kept, clean and a great selection of equipment for both cardiovascular and resistance training. Not to mention a great price point.

Expérience positive: This is a little hidden paradise. This fitness center is better than some big town gyms. I met one of the managers while there and you can tell the staff take great pride in the facility. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or in the area for work. You purchase the key fob on their website and then go and pick up the pass at the local coffee shop. very issue to renew if your time in the area is extended.

Expérience positive: Decent little gym for a small area. Biggest issue is their communication. Twice now we have been locked out because we did not notice a post in the gym. Maybe find a better way to communicate major changes? Perhaps by email?

Expérience fantastique: Awesome gym! Pin code entry and I'm guessing 24/7. Get the code from 'Water Magic / Laundromat' at 11906 20 Ave. $5 for a drop in or $15 for a week. Code is changed regularly. Gym is good size, range of machines, benches, one squat rack / cable frame / smith machine and range of dumbbells. Separate cardio room with treadmills, cross trainers and bikes. Good local crowd with a range of ages.
