Expérience fantastique: I cannot even begin to express how happy and incredibly pleased I am to have joined this 9Round location! Their service is unmatched. Every kick boxing coach I meet here have welcoming smiles on their face and have great personalities. I started as a beginner with little to no knowledge about any martial arts let alone kick boxing. I have advanced a lot in just 2 weeks with giving my 110% here. I highly recommend anyone that is thinking to get into any martial art to give this 9Round location a try. Amazing people!! I thank them so much for helping me mentally and especially physically :)

Expérience fantastique: My cousin and I decided to try out 9round together to finally get on track with our fitness routine again. We had done kickboxing fitness in the past but were definitely no experts. Instantly we were made to feel comfortable despite never having tried kickboxing in this format (even beginners can rest easy knowing the coaches will guide you through the entire workout) We also both loved the fact that there are no class times and that the entire workout was only 30 minutes long. This was especially important to me as a busy mom of 2 littles, as traditional classes and workouts never worked for me. I was blown away by how in just 30 minutes I burned so many calories without spending hours doing so. I've now been a member at 9round Mississauga-Clarkson for about a month and I can honestly say it's been an awesome experience! Dina & her team of coaches are extremely welcoming and supportive. Vasyl in particular has been our favourite coach as he is very attentive and motivating. All coaches that we've met so far are very helpful and friendly. The other members I've met so far are also very friendly and everyone is so focused on their own workout, I've never felt intimidated like I would at a traditional gym. Within the past month, I've been able to get 3-4 workouts in weekly on my own schedule and I am already seeing and feeling the results. I HIGHLY recommend giving 9round a try! You won't be disappointed!

Expérience fantastique: I started working out here about 3 months ago and I'm still a big fan. It's a great workout...I always have a good sweat by the time I'm done. I really like the workout is done within 35 minutes. The owners (Mike and Veronica) are personable and very encouraging. The workout is different each time, so boredom isn't a problem. There's definitely skill development which also makes it enjoyable. I strongly encourage trying it out (the 1st workout is free).

I’m over 60 and the trainers never make it too hard or too easy! Never feel self conscious. Mike and Veronica are the best!
