Expérience fantastique: If you’re looking for a place to get fit, Fusion X is the place to be!!! They have personal trainers for 1 on 1 sessions and they have new HIT (High Intensity Training) classes, which is a combination of excercise and weight lifting routines to get a good burn in!!!

Expérience fantastique: Love the gym. It's got great equipment and is clean. I do the group fitness class. Chris is a talented trainee and I have a lot of fun in the classes. It's also challenging and I get a good full body workout.

Engaging in personal training has been one of my best decision. The variation in training and the attention Dana extended not only to strength training but mobility and flexibility and stretching helped me lose weight, get in a much better shape, and eliminated frequent back pain and other areas of body tightness though proper and balanced workout. It's a small gym indeed but I feel my workouts are much better since I came to that one because I can stay focused, it's not overcrowded and noisy like the well known gyms!!! The equipment is basic however if you're creative you'll enjoy your time everyday!!!

Expérience fantastique: Fusion X is a great gym all around. Very family-like environment and there’s almost always a trainer around to help and guide you if needed in a very friendly manner. It is a super positive environment, great for beginners. The trainers that work there are very well experienced and good to help you personalize your program and workouts for what’s best for you. Most often not too busy and everyone has space to move around and do what they need to do. I recommend this gym for anyone but especially beginners who want help and/or don’t want to be training in huge gyms with hundreds of people.
