So, so great to have you, Otto and all the CANAM Stars back training at the Workforce Fitness Performance Center and for allowing the WFPC students to break into the business in a CANAM ring which is where The Beast From The Middle East had his first match over 20 years ago! Expérience fantastique: Beautiful facility with plenty if room to move around and do all the training needed, very clean, amazing display of memorabilia and easily accessible from either vehicle travel or transit. Students are very respectful and well trained. Five stars easy and a great way to spend an evening and get a great workout.

Expérience fantastique: Coach Ali has helped immensley with my wrestling ability! He has a very inviting gym atmosphere that helps to get you out of your shell and really perform. His approch to coaching is great, focusing on the theatrics right out of the gate, which really helps when its time to do it for real. Overall a great and educational experience.

Expérience fantastique: Workforce Fitness is a stacked facility. It’s in top shape and has all the amenities you could ask for, from ice baths and steam rooms to a protein shake bar. The wrestling rings are great to train on and Coach Ali has been extremely generous, supportive, and enthusiastic about supporting local indie wrestlers and he is a pleasure to train with. He is knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from him in a short time. I feel more confident with my wrestling abilities and am excited to continue working with him. He fosters a community with his students and is big on us supporting and looking out for each other. Thank you Coach Ali for everything!

Expérience négative: DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL, LONG POST! This is long I know but first before anything else I need to mention, most if not all of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Ali makes you leave a 5 star “start of training” review, so don’t take most of them seriously. I attended Ali’s school in January of 2024, I went for about 4 months, 3 of which I was primarily trained by Ali. I do NOT recommend going to this school if you’re in Calgary. Ali will rope in hopefuls with a dream of making it wrestling by telling them all what they want to hear. Promises of being a megastar, Ali’s connections to wwe, aew, and local promotions will be told to you right away. None of these are true. Ali says that he was in the wwe although this can’t seem to be backed up by any credible sources with many calling it out for being untrue. Every person in the business I’ve had contact with has a negative opinion or story involving Ali and is almost universally disliked. A bad experience I had with Ali that completely changed my opinion of him was during a local event. Ali had driven me and a fellow trainee to a local wrestling show to help setup the ring and the event. The fellow trainee was not from Canada, he was an out of country student with no means of transportation or way of getting home. During the event I had called Ali and asked if he was coming to get him, the response I got was a complaint and pretty much a refusal, which left me scrambling to find him a way home until eventually Ali angrily came and drove him home. Something that I have text messages to prove and other students can verify) He does not watch wrestling (something he says himself) yet claimed he has studied enough of it to teach it. Most of his training makes no sense and seems to not have a fundamental understanding of wrestling. During my time at the school, most of it was spent doing moves or spots with very little insistence on how to actually put a match together. With moves that seem to go against basically everything a wrestler is supposed to know. In the months with Ali I had mostly one consistent training partner. At the end of the three months I was no closer to getting a match going then I was when I started. After one month with the other coach raj (who is a fantastic coach and I would recommend getting taught by highly) I was closer then I had been with ali. After spending thousands of dollars, I can say that this school is not worth it. It will draw you in if you have a hope of being a professional wrestler with a flashy facility and lots of talk and false promises from Ali. I trusted Ali a lot, with my passion for wrestling and his words to me, making me believe that he could get me to my goals. It was a lie. I believed his stories, his opinions, his views. if I didn’t use my brain like I didn’t near the start while in his his school, and continue to dislike people based on his opinion, I would’ve continued to talk trash about people I had never even met (something that Ali frequently likes to do). I would not recommend this school and advise potentials to find a school with a reputable source in the wrestling business.
Mr Dawson Hoard, and I think it’s only fair to start off by saying you have already committed Libel, and we will be pursuing legal action against you. Thanks to some former WFPC students who have come forward to inform us that Mo Adan Jabari aka Kid Chocolate, who was a guest of Coach Raj Singh at the WFPC for years and finally forcibly removed from the Performance Center for bullying, intimidating, belittling, harassing, threatening, calling students names, and on one occasion assaulting a student, has taken it upon himself to try to convince people such as yourself to leave unsubstantiated colorful reviews such as this one, in an attempt do harm to the WFPC’s reputation and coaching staff by promising students an opportunity to wrestle for his Dungeon Wrestling promotion. #1, you claim “most if not all of the 5 star reviews on here are fake” and that “Ali makes you leave a 5 star review” Which 5 Star Reviews are fake and where is your 5 Star review? #2, you said that you attended the WFPC in January 2024 for 4 months which is true. You attended our 3 Month Pro Wrestling Program from January to March and was so dissatisfied with the program that you came back for another month in April? #3, you indicated that “Ali will rope in hopefuls with a dream of making it in wrestling by telling them all what they want to hear” & “promises of being a megastar”. What did I say to you that you wanted to hear? #4, you alleged that “Ali’s connections to WWE, AEW, and local promotions will be told to you right away. None of these are true”. On our website under Coaches Corner, we actually warn students not to be fooled by schools who claim to have WWE Connections. #5, you said that, “Ali says that he was in the WWE although this can’t seem to be backed up by any credible sources with many calling it out for being untrue”, FYI, I wrestled my debut dark match on Monday Night RAW in Calgary on May 28, 2001 after only about 20 indie matches. #6, you claimed, “Every person in the business you’ve had contact with has a negative opinion or story involving Ali and is almost universally disliked”. Other than Mo Adan Jabari, who has a negative opinion of me and what are some of those stories? #7, you said, “Ali does not watch wrestling (something he says himself) yet claimed he has studied enough of it to teach it”. I was trained by, Teddy “The Terminator” Hart, But for those of you who are not familiar with me, please feel free to check out “The Beast From The Middle East Ali Farhat” on YouTube #8, you claim, “Most of my training makes no sense and I seem to not have a fundamental understanding of wrestling” What part of my training makes no sense? And what fundamentals of wrestling was I lacking. #9, you rant, “During my time at the school, most of it was spent doing moves or spots with very little insistence on how to actually put a match together. With moves that seem to go against basically everything a wrestler is supposed to know”. What moves specifically seem to go against everything a wrestler is supposed to know? #10, and probably your biggest and most blatant lie of all, you claim, “In the three months with Ali I had one training partner and no one else, with Ali seemingly being unable to get any other potential trainees because of his bad reputation”. During the 4 months you attended the WFPC your training partners included, 1) Scott Schellenberg 2) Yusef Koko 3) Josh Rego 4) Rafi Saade 5) Callum Keane. Finally, you said, “I trusted Ali a lot, with my passion for wrestling and his words to me, making me believe that he could get me to my goals. It was a lie. I believed his stories, his opinions, his views” What stories, opinions and views are you talking about? You have been advised that if you continue to libel, slander, and defame the WFPC and its Coaching Staff we will be issuing a Cease & Desist order and further take legal action against you and Mr Mo Adan Jabari, if you fail to remove this review. I wanted to point out that you are contradicting yourself, it's true we have no proof of having paid you, but this is because we paid you in cash which you immediately loaded onto your credit card, with us in the car, and you never gave us an invoice, or whatever you use in Canada. I have all the evidence in our WhatsApp chats, and you know it well, but i won't publish it, since that is the only thing you could rely on in a lawsuit, ah, and on your Facebook page there is both my review 5 stars left after two days of meeting you (where my husband hadn't even trained with you yet) and my husband's promo video, where you comment that you are very excited to have him in your school soon, but don't bother yourself deleting everything. I also have your chats where yes, you state that my husband should have paid $4800 for the house and training, but immediately after knowing that i would be there too, you changed the total to $6000, just to live in the same room, what ridiculous. I know i'm not doing anything illegal, i'm evaluating my bad experience in a place, and i shouldn't be threatened with legal repercussions just for expressing my opinion, Ali. We set out with high expectations after seeing all the 5 star reviews and promises we were made, sadly we were wrong. I would like to warn all the people thinking of enrolling in this school that all the positive reviews you read are just lies, all the things Ali will promise you are all lies, he forces people to leave a five star review the day after starting the school training, and if you don't do it he threatens to throw you out. Everyone in the wrestling world talks badly about him, and how he purposely teaches certain wrong moves to get you injured (even seriously), and then tells you that wrestling isn't for you and pockets your money, in short, a huge scam, like his other school in Dubai. He has no contact with WWE, AEW or any other promotion he claims to know, so what call would you make to never let me work in the wrestling business, Ali? We were threatened not to speak badly about him, especially after he hosted me in his house, but I would like to remind you that you made me pay a good $1000 more to stay with my husband in the same room, so i was not hosted by anyone , much less from you. We spent a good $6000 to learn nothing from him, he's just a big liar. I hope no one ever has to deal with Ali again, even if he changes the school's name, as he has done in the past.

For starters, we would like to thank you for your fake review because by the sound of it, you’re not claiming that you attended our training program, but you are trying to make it sound like your husband Emanuele Pelliccio did and he did not, and we would challenge you to produce a receipt of your husbands training if you could. Finally, we have waisted enough time on you, is your claim that you spent “a good $6,000 thousand dollars to learn nothing from Coach Ali” because if you had looked on our website at wfpc.ca you would know that our 3 Month Training Program inclusive of all training and housing is only $4,800. Please provide proof of payment for $6,000, or remove your review and if you continue to libel, slander, and defame the WFPC and its Coaching Staff we will be issuing a Cease & Desist order and further take legal action against you, your husband Emanuele Pelliccio and Mr Mo Adan Jabari. He is a person who only thinks about money and doesn't care about both wrestling and your health, in fact his "trainings" are just a way to make sure we get injured, since he purposely makes the moves perform incorrectly so he can use the excuse that wrestling isn't for us and chase them away. Ali defines himself as a professional in the industry, a real wrestler, the "beast", and then he defines chain wrestling and technical wrestling in general, not real wrestling but stuff for gays? All these positive reviews you see are all fake, since the first day you meet him he forces you to leave a 5 star review so that he can scam other people, in fact if you look for wrestling schools in Calgary there is only his sponsored one everywhere, guess why.

But it has been rewarding for the WFPC to know our training program is so incredibly evolved and ahead of its time that some individuals and their associates feel so threatened by it that they are willing to pay people like you to post negative, fake reviews in order to discredit us when truth be told over the last 4 years we have been putting some of the best talent in the indies. This includes, but is not limited to, MARZ The Specialist, Othias Jones, The Prospector aka Wes Barker, Isaac Takeover, the Tag Team Champs The Prophets, Chris Castles & Ryno Renolds, and all the way up to the big leagues with people like London Lightning & Ava Lawless in AEW, Scorpious in ROH, and Sidney Bateman aka Scripts Regie in the WWE, just to mention a few. All of whom trained at the WFPC. First, you stated you came to the WFPC with “many expectations and promises made but not kept” but you forgot to mention what promises were made to you but not kept? Second, you said Coach Ali The Beast is a nobody in the wrestling world, please go to “The Beast From The Middle East Ali Farhat” on YouTube and see for yourself how much of a nobody he is. Third, you said Coach Ali The Beast “is a person who only thinks about money and doesn't care about both wrestling and your health, in fact his trainings are just a way to make sure we get injured, since he purposely makes the moves perform incorrectly”. Just to make it 100% clear to you, the WFPC has never injured a student, ever! The WFPC is not going to dignify a homophobic slur with a response, but what we will say is that it is glaringly apparent that every one of your unsubstantiated accusations in your attempt to defame a man who has more class in his pinky finger than you have in your whole body. Fifth, you said “All these positive reviews you see are all fake, since the first day you meet him he forces you to leave a 5-star review”. #1, Which 5 star review are fake and #2, if you were forced to leave a 5-star review, where is yours? In closing, if you continue to libel, slander, and defame the WFPC and its coaching staff we will be issuing a Cease & Desist order and further take legal action against you and Mr Mo Adan Jabari, if you fail to comply or remove this review. Expérience fantastique: My sincerest thank you to Ali and the WFPC for having me this week from New Brunswick. The facility is top notch and exactly what I envisioned it would be. In fact it has surpassed my expectations. The rings are phenomenal to train on and I could only wish my hometown would have something like it. WFPC brought me to Calgary and I am so glad I did.

There's also a level of understanding with regards to health and safety, as it can be dangerous if things go wrong, but that comes with the territory in professional wrestling. The amount of strategies and motivation Coach Chris and Raj give you is insane along with their coaching style as a team. Both have the outstanding ability to read and recognize how you learn individually and how to work with you. They are nothing short of humble, on occasion even going overtime, taking the time out of their own day just to show you a bit more. Working with these guys is absolutely life changing. You’ll notice your most unique qualities coming out in such a short amount of time. As if that doesn’t already feel like enough, what really sets the icing to the cake as far as support, is the promoter, Ali Farhat. The reason any of this exists. I like to call him the voice of reason. He’s the guy to go to if you have any negative thoughts you need turned around. He makes you feel so fearless that you end up laughing at your old self in the end. The green and yellow of the rings have also helped play a silent roll into my progress. As green is the best colour for focus and yellowfor confidence, being the top elements for your rise in this game. You’re also granted free access to the weight room right next door. It doesn’t get anymore convenient than to ♂️️♂️blast yourself up️♂️♂️ before or after practice, feeling no sense of excuse as you are only a bedroom away from your dream. I have left to visit home twice now in the half a year I have been with the coarse, and I can tell you that I am more pumped than ever for my 3rd round back, bigger and better with optimism for the light at the end of the tunnel, with the best environment and people to ask for, to such a surreal industry!
