F45 Training Burlington Downtown

Expérience négative: I've been a loyal F45 member for years, but my experience with the Downtown Burlington location has been extremely disappointing. After my original location shut down, this studio refused to honour the HQ discount offered to displaced members. When I asked for an explanation, none was provided. I reached out to HQ, who assured me that the owners would honour the promotion and contact me directly. Two weeks passed with no response. I sent a polite follow-up email but still received no reply. The lack of communication and professionalism from this location is unacceptable, especially considering the $50 per week they charge. F45 is supposed to be about community, but at this location, you're treated like just another number. I cannot recommend this studio.

At age 63, I felt safe and that I will be in better shape! I found 45 minutes was perfect time for a full body and cardio workout . I recommend this club to anyone

Expérience fantastique: Been meaning to review F45 BDT for a while now. I can safely say this is the most consistent I have been with working out at any place and it’s all thanks to the wonderful coaches here. The vibe is super encouraging and non-judgemental and the coaches have figured out the right balance between watching your form without hovering over you too much! As a physiotherapist I can always tell when a trainer knows their stuff and I can attest to the knowledge of the coaches here. I’ll probably be continuing here for the foreseeable future because I’m not bored yet! Love it!

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely LOVE the feeling of being at F45 Burlington DT and going through the weekly grind of workouts. I try going for the morning batches but if not, the 5:30pm batch is something that I am looking forward to after a tiring day at work. The workout formats keep changing every 2-3weeks which lets the body not get complacent. I have always been very hesitant to do weight training coz of a shoulder injury but since the time I have been working out at F45, my strength training capacity has DEFINITELY increased . The trainers are great and I LOVE the entire community that they have built in Burlington

I encourage anyone to give it a try. Like most folks, you’ll be hooked.

I've tried other workouts and gyms and I've never seen results (or been as motivated to workout) as I have at F45. Claire + Val (owners) have created such a positive, motivating + fun community. Their team of coaches are next level. Cannot recommend this workout (and studio) enough!

The trainers are always there to help you lift heavier and get an extra rep in or correct your form. The workouts are all planned for you, so you just have to show up and give it your all for 45 minutes!

This gym feels like a community, with no judgement in a highly supportive environment. On top of my personal results the bonus is meeting new people. Mkatz is my favourite workout but you’ve got to try them all.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to this F45 location since the end of January. I absolutely love their workouts and how they’re different every day. I always leave feeling like I pushed myself to the best of my ability because the trainers are always walking around cheering you on and ensuring that you get one more rep in. I don’t weigh myself, I just go based on how I feel and how my clothes fit, and I’ve gone down a couple notches on my belt and I just feel fantastic. I drive every day from Grimsby, that’s just how great this place is. I could keep going, but if you’re hesitant on trying, don’t be. It’s amazing and everyone’s so welcoming.

The owners of the downtown Burlington location Claire and Val are both so lovely and really take the time to get to know each member and support their health and fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and the atmosphere is friendly, fun, motivating and supportive - which isn’t easy to come by at many gyms. I would go every single day if I could. Originally I thought I would only be able to go 3 days per week because of my busy schedule, but have been shifting things around so that I can make 4-5 classes/week because I love it so much. It’s a great community to join for anyone who is looking to positively change their health, fitness and lifestyle. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the F45 fit fam!

I need a gym schedule that doesn't interfere with my family time and the class times work perfectly for my schedule. Going at 5:45am to a regular gym would be agonizing but at F45 there's no thinking, they tell you exactly what to do, and there's no choice but to work HARD!! I've never pushed myself so hard and after just a few weeks I'm seeing results!
