Expérience fantastique: Been traveling back and forth between Ottawa, Vancouver, and Montreal for a few months and it’s always a challenge to find a good gym that’s not pushy with the memberships. Studio 1 has been fantastic for me while I’m in town. The facilities are clean and well equipped, and the staff are always incredibly kind and generous with their time. One thing to note is that a lot of high schoolers call this gym their home, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, in fact I find it inspiring. When I feel like a big man, hitting a PR on the incline bench or tricep extension, there is always some kid ready to step in and use my max as their warmup. It helps drive me to push a little harder next time!

Expérience fantastique: Been coming here for a long time. Always clean, friendly staff, has everything you need and more. I have brought multiple friends of mine here and they all love it as well. Can't say anything bad about this place.

Expérience fantastique: I moved to Montreal just over one year ago and struggled to find a gym that had the same vibe (good facilities, great people and vibe) as my gym from home. I went to a pricey, well known health club for a year, paying $230/month, and hated it. This gym beats the well-renowned health club on vibe and equipment for sure. Found this gym recently and have already gone to workout more than I did the whole last year. It’s never too busy where you’re waiting for equipment, staff are friendly, and everyone is very friendly. I’m super happy to have found this gym!

Expérience fantastique: Moved to Montreal from Toronto 2 years ago extremely discouraged that I'd never find a place to replace my gym in Toronto. Not only did I find this gem of a gym that topped it all, but its the people here for me. The clients, owner and people running this place. There is no exaggeration when I say that for me this place has been my sanity, home and happy place the last 2 years. I walked in there injured and one of the trainers/owners there completely fixed my injuries and transformed my body . Love everything about this place and the knowledge of all the trainers there. The best gym the best people. It feels like family and there's nothing better than that ❤️

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic environment, with personalized service and client care. If you live in TMR, or any of the adjacent Burroughs or even commute through Mount Royal, i strongly recommend becoming a member.

Expérience fantastique: I really enjoy my workouts at studio one. It's got more than enough equipment and never a wait for a machine. The people are all friendly and you feel confident with yourself as its all about fitness. The manager/owners are great . Always a hello and goodbye !
