Charlene is an outstanding trainer who greatly enhanced my experience at Flourish. She is an excellent coach and motivator, highly skilled and very empathetic. It definitely lived up to the hype! The classes are super engaging, and the staff is both friendly and approachable. I'm really looking forward to my first official workout, especially since I also got some new gym attire from them. I can't wait to come back!

Expérience fantastique: I joined Flourish after doing much research as I did not want to join a traditional gym. Floriane and Ryan are super nice, knowledgeable owners. The equipment is well looked after, and o far, it's not usuallly crowded. The flexible hours should work for everyone and a big bonus is you can take classes without extra costs. You can also book time with a trainer for an additional cost. Happy with my decision to join Flourish Fitness.

They offer group classes which are included in the monthly fee. I greatly enjoy my time spent at the gym and lets be honest, not many people can say that!!!! Highly recommended for the ladies.

Expérience fantastique: Flourish is à very nice little gym, offering unique classes like Twerk and Beginner Yoga. Coline, the twerk instructor, is a very warm and holistic-oriented instructor. The mini-meditation at the end of class is a great experience. Also, the routine is different for each class which keeps the twerkshop interesting. If you're new to yoga, Beginner Yoga is a must as Holly or Jessica give a lot of pointers and are in tune with the attendees. Also an excellent class is Abs and Booty, where Liz also changes the routine every week and provides a lot of feedback. Last but not least is Shadow Boxing Hiit. Summer is excellent at explaining the boxing techniques and giving personalized advice. Finally, the space is super relaxing and feels like an oasis of calm in our fast- paced life.

I have been there with my personal trainer Debbie and it has been amazing. the mirrors are full length so you can see the form. Debbie is a trainer who meets all needs and worries as well as full encouragement in all areas of fitness and health and meets you where you are at but also pushes you.

Floriane’s passion and dedication to help others achieve their goals goes so far past physical health. She works holistically and takes into consideration your environment, stress, work life balance, diet, routine, relationships, etc you name it. Floriane takes into account what you have going on in your life, and helps you set realistic expectations, but doesn’t hesitate to push you to keep you on track when it gets tough. She is there for you through and through. I have taken the bridal boot camp and a 13 week coaching program which were 10/10. I have also been working out at her new gym since it opened, and I am SO impressed. All the equipment you’d need, the space to work out comfortably as it is never overcrowded, and overall has a great vibe because the community of women she has built are truly amazing and I am grateful to be a part of it. If you have gym anxiety like I did, I promise you won’t after going to Flourish

I love that it is limited memberships so you do not have a crowded gym, a lot of the time you have the whole gym to yourself or there is one or two other people. I love the colour too. I also adore Floriane and I am thankful she opened this women’s gym, it was definitely needed for women of all gym types, from beginners to advanced. I was always paying for gym memberships but never going because I felt intimidated by how many people were at the gym and because I did not know what to do. Floriane made me feel so comfortable and now I have a gym routine that I follow. Thank you so much! ❤️

Enjoyed all the space between machines and used the sled which I enjoyed. Had an amazing workout and the atmosphere was lovely. As was The owner Floriane, she was so helpful, sweet and easy going. She helped me learn a new workout and helped me with my form. Very appreciative of all the info I learned about technique and form. Such a fun place with no pressure to check out! Definitely will be coming back to drop in again! Hope your gym Flourishes just like its name. :)

They have an amazing variety of group classes, and their personal training program is elite. I used to go to other various commercial gyms and honestly the best decision I ever made was switching to this private gym. It is clean and the environment is so supportive and welcoming. If you’re looking for a sign to switch to Flourish Fitness, consider this it!

Floriane has been my personal trainer for a while now, she is such a beautiful person inside and out, so welcoming, kind, and supportive. She radiates good energy and I always leave our PT sessions feeling amazing. I used to train with her in her home gym and she would describe her vision for her new gym. I’m so, so proud to see her dream come to life!! It’s such a beautiful space, with calming vibes, a gorgeous theme, a beautiful wall of greenery for photo ops. There are so many different machines, a large area of turf, and there is lots of space! Although I have not tried the classes yet, I know she hosts many different classes with many trainers, so there is something for everyone! I am definitely planning on trying out some classes here soon! It’s also a women’s only gym, which is something you don’t see very often in the industry. Flourish Fitness is a gym girl’s dream and a wonderful place to train, with supportive people all around!
